They were here at the end of July to do the main sewer line from the house to the street. They were also there in November last year when they did some serious work. They had to dig up the yard and repair the line. During their last time, it cost $70, which was half the price compared to the other people that I talked to. They do not do work that does not have to be done. In November, the other companies told me that we needed to tear up the whole yard but they basically went under the street and told me that we did not have to do that. They saved me money as it was a quarter of the price for the work and it worked great. They were very honest and cheaper as well. They were responsive and quick. I could just totally trust them. I would have paid more to the other people and they turned out to be lesser. I could call them directly on the cell phone and they would talk to me immediately, which was awesome.

My story: With recent sewer cleaning [preventive maintenance] by a different company, I was told I was on borrowed time with portion of my sewer line in need of replacement quickly. This would be a project in thousands of $$'s, so I solicited four other companies to take a look and provide estimates. Mpls Sub Sewer and Water's visit was the second of the four other companies I had scheduled for estimates ... After reviewing my line with their camera [best most excellent quality video I have ever seen!], Kevin advised it was not nearly as urgent as I had been led to believe, and suggested further cleaning to remove significant root and re-camera to fully assess the true extent of the problem. Impressed with this straight-forward honesty, I chose to cancel the other companies I had scheduled for estimates, and first engage Kevin for this cleaning and re-camera. Kevin and team encountered significant and unexpected problems with what turned out to be a unique situation, and it took an extra visit with his team of three to get the nasty root cleared out and then re-camera. The final "diagnosis" once they completed was that my time is not so borrowed after all, and there is no immediate need to spend the thousands of $$ I initially feared! When all was done, I asked, "so how much do I owe you?", (a bit nervous for how much more he would ask given all the extra work), he stayed with the orginal quote, ... true to his word! This is now my company of choice for future needs ...

They came to clean the main drain. This is the 4th time I have used their services. They are great. They charge what they quote. They are punctual and friendly. They are willing to explain what they are doing. Most importantly, they do a great job! The first time i used them they were helping me recover from some incorrect work that was done. I had been told that the main drain needed to be replaced. So I did the research and found Mpls & Suburban Sewer and Water. When they came I was expecting an even bigger mess then i already had. But instead they were able to clean the drain. They ran a camera into the drain to prove it did not need to be replaced. I was extremely appreciative that they were so ethical and pulled me out of the muck that the other vendor's left me. I would recommend their services!

We had estimates from three recommended repair services. Kevin was the only one to do an on sight inspection before giving an estimate. They were always punctual and courteous. Cleaned up afterwards. Paid a lot of attention to detail.

They were amazing; they were wonderful. I paid $45000 for the work. It could have cost me a lot more than that, if it weren’t for them. They were very nice. They were really fun.

Responsive in providing estimate, came in right at estimate, and finished work on time. Professional and courteous. Good work, good people.
