Minneapolis Air Duct Cleaning

They were terrible. They kept saying they would come, and they didn’t come, didn’t come. They over booked themselves. They just couldn’t show up. They had like a 6 hour window to show up and they kept pushing it out. Even when I was going into the evening and into the next day they just couldn’t accommodate. So, that was unfortunate. I wasn’t interested in having them back. I’ve only got so many hours in my life that I want to hang out waiting for the carpet cleaner. I wasn’t interested in seeing what they might offer for disappointment in the future. I didn’t get follow up calls from them or anything saying, “hey when can we reschedule, we’re really sorry, can I offer you some additional service because we messed this up?” I mean it was left to me to ever initiate anything else again, and I chose not to. If they had been proactive in trying to fix it, that would have been great, but they weren’t.
