The crew has always been great to work with from day one, whether the cleaning coordinator, the owner's responsiveness and the cleaning crew themselves. The best day of the month in our house is when Mill City Cleaning visits and we come home to a spotless house! When we need attention paid to certain areas of the house, they listen and attend to it. They clean thoroughly and everything and even make my kids' beds in a fun way lining up their stuffed animals which my kids adore. We've had three other cleaning services throughout the years and Mill City has been the best, hands down. Highly recommend!

Mill City Cleaning has been working with Greenwood Design Build doing build and final cleans in new home construction. We liked their work so much that we started using them last year in our own home for housecleaning once a month. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality and the efficiency of the work. I definitely recommend them and plan to continue using them myself.

I hired Mill City to do some house cleaning based on a friends recommendation and they did great work! I had a dead-line in which I needed it done and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Also, their attention to detail was very impressive they did everything I asked and more! They also used "Green" products throughout and I really appreciated that.

Jason came out to my house and to quote me on what it would take to clean my house on a regular basis. He was professional and thorough. He came up with a great idea of cleaning one area one week (main living area) and then a complete house clean the other week. I have been using them for 2 months now and I am very happy. So, they are flexible & they do a great job and at a very fair price.

The did an amazing job! The house sparkled from top to bottom when they were done. The even scrubbed the recycling bin! The owners were responsive and asked thorough questions to identify our needs in advance. All around, they exceeded our expectations and we'd gladly recommend Mill City Cleaning.

I had Mill-City clean the carpet in my basement plus a couch. It seemed to me that both were restored to "like new" condition. I was very satisfied with the work they did and they were very professional and courteous in the house. I would and have recommend their service to others.

It went very well, from initial contact and throughout the whole process! Very responsive, which I like. I not only needed my house cleaned, I also needed my carpets professionally cleaned, and also windows inside and out! I was getting my house ready for the market and wanted everything to look tip-top! I was pleased with the results of the different services they provided! Our carpet is 100% nylon pile and was installed 5 years ago. This was the first professional cleaning. Prior to the day the work was to be done we removed all furniture except beds and dressers from the bedrooms. We removed drawers from the dressers and cleared everything from the tops. We also removed everything from the closet floors. In the office we removed all but the desks, and file cabinets in the closet, which we did not want moved. In the living room we removed all but the entertainment center and a corner cabinet which we did not want moved, the sofa, and a buffet, from which we removed the drawers and glassware. We vacuumed all carpeting and removed doors for better access. In the travel trailer we removed chairs and the table and vacuumed. Jeff Fischer and Lucas Sasse arrived at the scheduled time on Friday, December 2. Jeff surveyed the areas to be cleaned and explained the process. They pretreated heavily soiled areas, placed guard devices at corners to avoid damage to furniture and walls, and cleaned all carpeted areas in 2 hours. They moved 2 dressers, a sofa, and a buffet and replaced them, with pads beneath the legs, after cleaning those areas. When they were finished, Jeff said there were 2 spots in the trailer which they could not completely remove. The next day, after the carpet dried and was vacuumed, there were some areas in the house and in the trailer which did not meet our expectations. I called Dave Fischer, the owner, on Saturday and he said Jeff would return on Monday to reclean these areas. He came at the agreed upon time and worked another 11/2 hours. This time after the carpet dried we were very satisfied.

I was delighted to get Mill City on short notice to clean our carpets on July 5 as our home was going to put up for sale on July 7 and needed some cleaning and deoderizing because of our cats. I had asked them to clean an area rug on main floor and all of the carpet downstairs. I explained all of this to the owner/manager on our initial call. I was not able to be home when the crew arrived...my adult daughter was. They were to move the furniture off the area rug, but didn't. The owner/manager said his crew told him there was no place to put the two sofas and coffee table. However, there was at least eight feet off one side and four feet off the other side, plus a hallway that all could have been used for the three pieces of furniture. Downstairs, they did not move the heave credenza in the office and missed a few spots that I think would have been able to come up. I was told this would take a couple hours. My daughter told me they were in and out in less than an hour; maybe less than that. I called the owner/manager. He was wiling to send the crew out again (because I wasn't convinced they had neutralized/deoderized the pet spots and wanted them to redo our area rug because you could see the darker areas that were under the edge of the furniture) but with the house then on the market and people viewing at unknown times, I didn't want to take a chance and having wet carpet when a potential buyer was going to be there. We were not able to come up with a time. He was willing; it just didn't work out.

In two words: Fantastic service. Dave and his team at Mill City are truly professionals - from project initiation through completion. I truly appreciated the quick responsiveness to my inquiry, the ease of getting a quote, and the scheduling. I was running up against a deadline and Mill City made every effort to squeeze me into their busy schedule. I felt like my clean mattered even though it was a technically smaller job. Juan arrived on schedule as planned, listened to my concerns, reconfirmed the agreement, and off he went with the team to clean. I was so impressed with the results, my place looks brand new!! Honestly, the difference was so dramatic, I almost couldn't believe it. Mill City made this condo clean so easy! I sincerely recommend their carpet cleaning to anyone needing a professional, reliable, high quality service.

The price we agreed on was the price I paid...no surprises. They were prompt, courteous and professional in all aspects of my contact with them. The technician was extremely thorough with special attention given to spots and high traffic areas. They moved the larger pieces of furniture to clean under them although I removed smaller items earlier to facilitate their cleaning. I was very pleased that the carpet was ready for use in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use this service again.

They removed stains we could not get up and left our carpets looking fresh. High traffic areas looked brand new. They worked around our schedule and completed the job in good time. We had a wonderful experience with Mill City Carpet Cleaners. They responded promptly to our call and scheduled service immediately. The owner Dave and his team were very professional and accommodating. They worked around our schedule and the 3 children I was trying to get out the door. Our basement carpet had not been cleaned in the 5+ years we lived the house. The results were amazing. They were able to remove marker, paint and every type of food stain from our light colored carpet! My oldest has really bad allergies and the last company we used was terrible, the smell lingered for weeks and weeks and really irritated my son. The cleaning service we received from Mill City not only was nearly odor free, it dried faster than any other cleaning job we have had in the fast. With 3 small kids, this was a bonus. Mill City Carpet Cleaners was affordable, professional and reliable. The results exceeded expectations and we will be using them again!!

They returned my call in short order, quoted me a price immediately! They were able to schedule me in when I wanted them to come! They arrived promptly and were very professional. They communicated what they were going to do and in what order. They were fast and left my carpets and rugs looking better than I could have thought possible....some dirty areas that I thought probably wouldn't come clean actually turned out really nice! I was happy with the service they provided and would recommend hiring them!
