+ -1 moreAs usual, Mike's work was excellent. He went beyond the basics of what I asked him to do & suggested better alternatives (like where to add plugs, etc.), & was willing to shop for specialty parts like the 3-way fan/light/night light switch. Because he did a little more than I initially asked for, it cost a little more than expected, but it was worth it.
Description of Work: Worked with my bathroom remodeler to rewire 2 bathrooms. Installed & wired a new lighted bath fan, 2 new GFI outlets, & a new lighting fixture; & replaced all switches.

+ -1 moreI HAVE PUT A HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY INTO REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO MY HOUSE OVER THE THREE YEARS I'VE OWNED IT. MIKE IS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER WORKED WITH WHO I FEEL I CAN COMPLETELY AND IMPLICITLY TRUST. HE HAD ONLY TWO CONCERNS: THAT THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT, AND THAT WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THE LAST DAY HE WAS HERE, HE ASKED HOW I LIKED THE NEW LIGHTING FIXTURE. I SAID IT WAS FINE, BUT DIMMER THAN I HAD HOPED. WHEN I GOT HOME THAT DAY, THERE WAS A NEW, LARGER FIXTURE INSTEAD. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Description of Work: MIKE DID A HUGE NUMBER OF SMALL ELECTRICAL JOBS FOR US, THINGS SUCH AS GFI PLUGS IN THE BATHROOMS, A NEW LIGHT IN OUR UTILITY ROOM, A NEW FAN IN THE OFFICE, REWIRING OF SOME FANS, NEW OUTSIDE ELECTRICAL PLUGS, ETC., ETC. IN SOME CASES, IT WAS A ROUGH JOB, BECAUSE MY HOUSE HAS BEEN POORLY MAINTAINED IN THE PAST. HE ALSO BOUGHT ALL OF THE REQUIRED PARTS (INCLUDING LIGHTING FIXTURE, FAN, ETC.), RETURNED THE ONES THAT WEREN'T USED, AND SUBMITTED RECEIPTS ALONG WITH HIS BILL.
