Over the last month I've called three times leaving messages twice and used the contact us page on their website twice and I haven't received a reply or call back. I'm disappointed. Are they still in business?

Patrick and Rex were right on time, I did a lot of research before I purchased a used table off Craig's List, I sent Patrick links to review and provide me with input, he definitely knows his tables. I also did a lot of research on how to set up a table properly and I can attest he does everything the right way. My table plays like new, one quick note is he saved me from purchasing a table that had been misrepresented and that put money in my pocket. Can't sat enough good things about their service.

Heather and Patrick were incredible! They corresponded quickly and professionally. They provided helpful suggestions during the in-home consultation and left the felt samples to review/select. It was a pleasure to have them in our home as their pride in workmanship shone! In their excitement to have us try out our "new" table, they even let us borrow their pool balls and cue sticks while we waited for ours to be delivered. Service does not get any better than this! I had been in contact with Heather for a while talking about buying a pool table. She was very helpful in telling me what constituted a good table and had me send links of tables i was considering buying so she could help if it was a good deal or not. Finally found one I liked and had Patrick move it, all the accessories and a ping pong topper from Blaine to St Paul. It was 345 to move it and 25 to move the ping pong topper. They setup the table very carefully, our basement floor is uneven so it took a while but they got it perfect. Explained all that he did and was one time/professional and courteous. I would use them again if I ever have to move it or re-felt it.

We purchased a pool table from Craigslist and hired this company to move the table to our house. They met my husband at the seller's house, took the pool table apart and moved it to our house. They then reassembled it at our house and covered it with new felt and leveled it. They did a fantastic job. They took their time to make sure everything was perfect before they left. The table plays great.

Very smooth and professional move and installation

My initial request was to replace the existing felt with a higher quality cloth. They then sent out a sample card that arrived in a few days that had samples of all the color types. We were able to determine the color choice that we wanted for the cloth. On the initial visit they determined that the bumpers were not very responsive so we went with their suggestion to take the bumper sides so that they could also replace the bumpers. A week later they arrived again on time and installed the cloth along with the brand new bumpers. The table looks fantastic and we were very pleased with the service and quality of the repair and install. Awhile back we had priced out the repair with Pete's billiards and I don't remember the quote but I do remember that it felt a bit high. With Midwest Pool Services it feels like the cost to the value is much better.

Gave great advice on care of the table, places to shop in town and other helpful hints as I am a first time pool table owner.

They did a great job. They went above and beyond. I had arranged with the Salvation Army to have it delivered. It turns out there was a miscommunication and the outfit we talked to was just going to sell it at a small price. Larry from Midwest pool tables said there is a disabled center that might be able to use it. He contacted them and had the pool table delivered. They're a great company and I would recommend them highly.

I called MPT to inquire about the process of having a pool table moved and Heather provided me with great information. I quickly found a table to purchase and coordinated their moving services with the seller. I didn't meet them at the sellers home but they were there on time and completed the work earlier than the time they estimated. They made we aware of a bad bumper with the table that I didn't detect and how they could fix it and what the cost would be. They called me from the sellers home with the info to give me time to decide if I wanted to have it fixed. . . which I appreciated. I choose not to repair right away as I expect the felt will need to be replaced in a year or so and will do them both then. They also offered suggestions on caring for the table and light positioning. They were very professional, not high-pressure and I will definately be calling them to replace the bumper and re-felt the table in the near future.

Midwest Pool Table Services were so nice to work with and they did an amazingly good job. Our pool table came out much better than we expected. Heather and Pat were always on time (usually a minute or two early) and they were very professional. They had to go to and from their truck several times and each ime they came back inside, they took off their shoes to make sure they didn't track anything in the house. Anyone who wants to have a pool table refelted or repaired would be happy if they used Midwest Pool Table Services to do he job!

They were easy to get a hold of and it was easy to schedule a date/time to move the table. The day of the move, they were on-time, efficient, and courteous. Four hours after they started, the pool table was up in the new location, ready to use, and as good as new. And their price was considerably less than the competition.

Midwest Pool Table was a wonderful solution to our transportation problem. When I found a pool table on Craig's List I checked Angie's List for recommendations. I had not heard of Midwest Pool Table but the feedback was very positive. When I talked to Heather the first time I knew why. She was kind and very helpful. She gave suggestions on what to look for in a pool table and recommendations for brands, etc. She also invited me to call at any time with questions which I did. Each time she was patient and easy to work with. A few months before this purchase I did some preliminary pricing on a move from the Twin Cities to St. Croix Falls. I only called the big name billiard stores. Midwest Pool Table was about $150.00 less for the same service and they still offered a warranty on their work. I booked their services over the phone and received a call the night before to confirm. (Cash or check preferred. Credit cards are accepted with a service fee.) My husband met them at the pick up location (about 10 minutes late but with city traffic, etc. how can you complain?) and they took over from there. Midwest Pool Table had no problems taking the pool table apart or assembling the table at our home. They were careful with all aspects of our home and made sure the table was level and an even distance from the wall before leaving. Patrick has years of experience and was very conscientious about his work. He even attempted to fill in some small scratches for us without us asking. (The scratches were there when we purchased it.) They brought along pool cues for us to look at as well. We felt they were good quality and reasonably priced so we purchased two. They don't have a complete product line but do offer some new and used items. Midwest Pool Table is not a standard and quot;big boxand quot; company. There are no trucks with fancy logos or uniformed delivery men. It is a small business with kind people doing good work. While I don't expect to buy another pool table any time soon (!) I would definitely recommend them to others.

They picked up the phone when I first called, and were very responsive throughout the entire process. A job I thought would be relatively straightforward was actually quite a bit more complex than I envisioned. On our first discussion they took down the details of what we needed and they set up an appointment to come out and do the job. Before they even came out to do the work they called back and asked if they could come out ahead of time (no additional charge) to see exactly what would be required and to make sure they could get the job done as promised. They came out, on time, to do the job and it all went very smoothly and the work was done in a very professional manner. Very happy with the services and value we received.

In a nutshell, outstanding. I had carpet replaced and needed to move the table. I disassembled it and they reassembled it for me. I called for a price at peters billiard and the quote was close to 700 for the same service. Heather was very professional and knowledgeable. I had a problem taking it apart and when I called heather late on a Sunday she was able to talk me through what to do. She also met with me well after business hours to select my cloth, no problem at all. we set the time for the following Saturday. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were very careful about not making a mess or damaging anything. They were expedient in their work, very friendly to chat with, and they did a terrific job at a very fair price. My table looks better than before, and I think it's a better installation than when new. I would highly recommend them any time.

They were a very knowledgeable and professional group. They were very careful with the moving of the pool table out of the seller's home and into mine. We had just painted our basement walls and floor and they took great care not to bang or scratch anything. They did an excellent job of reassembling and leveling the pool table. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to family and friends.
