Exceptional experience with this company. They did a complete tear down, redesign, and replace of guttering. The entire team was responsive, always on time, and very professional. The bid came in within reason against the other bids I received but, ended up going with Mid-State Seamless Gutters because of their attention to detail during the estimating process. Would definitely recommend them again.

I was initially contacted right away to setup a free estimate. I made sure to take work off during my appointed service window so I could greet, Jack, who agreed to do my quote. Right at the time he should have been at my house, I got a phonecall saying he wouldn't be able to show up because he needed to fill in on another job. He told me he was in the area earlier and had taken measurements and would email me the estimate. I let him know that this was fine because life happens. It took 3 days to receive the estimate and I was quoted over $2,000 and the measurements taken were suspect. I needed under half of what I was quoted! I emailed back that I was shocked at the price and was unsure whether the correct house was even measured. I never heard back. I feel that this was an attempt to take advantage of a new homeowner and it wasn't appreciated.

Great! Salesman Jack came out and brought 3 samples of the kinds of covers we could choose from. Didn't try to talk us into the most expensive. Took a little longer to get work done than we had hoped - Jack said about 3 weeks, was actually more like 6 weeks. Zack from scheduling called the day before so we knew they'd be coming. The work went quickly, and we're pleased with the results.

They don't this work, but the nice man on the phone gave me a referral. Thank you!

It was great. Friendly and professional. They were also one of the cheaper bids I received fro the project. Would hire again.

It took longer to get the project started that I had expected; The project was started and completed almost a month after I signed the contract. Total time for installation was 1.5 hours. Quality and workmanship were excellent. Shane and Shawn did the work and arrived on time at around 8:30 AM and were done around 10 AM. They were courteous and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a great job. I would also compliment salesperson Jack Whiteley who originally came out to our house and gave us the estimate. He took great care in matching colors with our house trim color, and prepared an accurate diagram of exactly what we wanted. He also went over the materials to be used, their guarantee terms, and how they would handle any follow-up issues, if necessary. We had three quotes, one lower and one higher than Mid-State, but felt their proposal was the most professional. We will use them again if we need additional guttering in the future.

It went horribly from there. I called end of October and apparently it was so windy that they could not work much of the month. I was told they would be out in early November. Early November. Still to windy for the crews to safely hang gutters. Mid November. "I'll be there next week." Late November. "Weather not cooperating." Early December - I said forget it. I cannot believe these guys are so highly rated. Our October, November, December was so bad that the 3 weeks of projects before me could not be completed so they could get to me??? I would not recommend taking a chance on them. This is the only negative review I have ever left on Angie's List.

We called the company late last fall after porch was built. Representative (Jack) came out, measured and told us they were booked at least a month out, but some jobs could be done in the winter and they would contact us when a crew was in the area and the weather allowed this kind of work. He made some suggestions, which turned out to be good ones. He is personable and easy to work with. Installation took place yesterday. They look fantastic and blend with our existing perfectly. Installer (Jordan) was careful and took great care not to damage the new porch floor, hot tub etc. I explained that for for one part , we will built some drain tile underneath a patio, so he cut the gutters in a way that we could do this and even cut an extra piece for us to work with. Very impressed with the company, the product and the service.

I was very satisfied with the work done. Zach came out to give me the estimate and explained the best type of gutter for my townhouse. He advised that based on the trees in my area, I did not need to install the most expensive type of gutter that he had available. He recommended the valor gutter guard, a metal-screen-covered gutter to keep out the leaves and other debris. He advised against installing the reverse gravitational type of gutters as they might not be as effective in a heavy downpour. My main concern is to route the water away from the house and also prevent the water from pitting a new patio. Zach advised that the work would be scheduled about two weeks out. I did give a "B" for punctuality only because I was notified the installation was going to be done 9/15/2015, but no one came or called. I called Zach the next day and he advised they got behind schedule, but would make sure the work was done by the end of the week. The installation was done two days later on 9/17/2015. It was done in one day and I did not need to be present. All debris was removed and everything was fine. No payment was required until the job was finished, which I like.

Quoted me a decent price, about what I had expected so that's good. They did say they were about a month out for installation and could be longer depending on the weather. That was a little disappointing but my dad always said a company that is busy is better than a company that has nothing to do, so I was fine with it. On the day of the installation they were so fast. When I got home from work they were already done and gone. My wife said that were so fast and quick they were done before she knew it. They did a perfect job and the gutters matched beautifully. Everything was back in place like they hadn't even been there. There was only one minor thing. they forgot to put the rain sensor for my sprinklers back on, but not a big deal. Overall they did a great job, the gutters look great and work great and I'm very satisfied with their work. Again the wait was long but they do not disappoint. Thanks again,

The quality of the work, including the initial assessment of the situation was very high. The representative who came to look at our home was clearly experienced and knowledgable. He explained exactly why he made the specific recommendations and gave us choices where appropriate. The installation crew was also very knowledgable and we are very happy with the results. The only issue was timing. The time from agreement to installation was a bit longer than we would have liked, but we understood there was an issue with getting the proper materials for our job. Overall, we were very impressed with their work

Mid-State Seamless Gutter was exceptional, I met with Jack on 6/22/2015 to get a quote, he was very professional and provided a detailed quote. The installation crew arrived within the promised time frames and completed the job quickly and accurately. I was very please with the professionalism and top quality service provided by this company.

These guys were right on time, worked hard and were thoroughly professional. Jordan, the team leader walked through with us in the beginning and asked specific and detailed questions about what we wanted, where we wanted it and why. He also made suggestions to improve some things which we hadn't thought of. Because of the age of the house, there were some unexpected changes but he discussed them with us and made the necessary adjustments so it would all work the way we wanted. We also made a mid-progress change to adapt for a water barrel which required a second visit and they came out the very next day to finish the job without blinking an eye. They were done in half a day. We would definitely call these guys again.

They did a great job. Gave us an estimate in early June and said it would be last week in June, first week in July before they would get to our house. They completed our house in one day exactly when they said they would. Communication with Zach was great. He was able to answer all of my questions. We had one very small issue with one of the tip ups. Called them and they came out the next day and took care of it. Very happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. I needed to reschedule the original estimate appointment, and Mike was very accommodating and friendly on the phone. The estimate process was easy; Mike came out to our house, did some measurements, and sat down with us to walk through some options and make recommendations. I don't think anyone really knows that much about gutters, and Mike provided just enough background and information to make us feel comfortable. Although we do have a simple house and garage shape, we were pleasantly surprised by the estimated price--a great value! Mike was forthcoming about the timeline for getting out to the house since spring is a busy time of the year. We were given a heads up when the gutters would be installed (didn't have to be home, which was great!) It was like magic- I left for work, and came home to freshly installed gutters! As other Minnesotans may know, we've had quite a bit of rain this spring/summer, and we have had 0 issues with the gutters--they have performed beautifully. Katie was also extremely friendly and helpful when I called to confirm our payment was received.

Due to the weather, they had to reschedule and if I had any wish...it would have been a little more proactive communication. We didn't receive a call when they couldn't make it but when I called several days later, they were responsive, pleasant and professional. We were rescheduled for another day the next week. Our challenge for them was that we live 45 minutes outside of the western Metro area, so they needed to schedule several installs on the same day. That being said, everything about our install was wonderful and stress free. The gentlemen were professional and very knowledgeable. We had 3 rain barrels at corners of the house and they worked with us to arrange the large-sized gutters/downspouts in a way that was aesthetically pleasant. We had a front yard discussion about changing the downspout location by the front door and it was result-orientated, with them bringing their experience to resolve our concerns. We appreciated all the experience that Mid-State Seamless Gutters displayed from the quote meeting, the scheduling phone call, the onsite installation and follow-up call to answer any questions we had. We will refer other neighbors to them in a heartbeat.

It went very well. The appt was made per our scheduled time. The clean -up was good, but I found some older gutter brackets in the grass, a couple short head nails under the soffits by the back door, and one of the old gutters wasn't taken away. Today there was a very heavy rain and the new gutters prevented any water leakage into the basement/garage!

Zach was great. Job was completed quickly, and the gutters look great.
