The sales rep who came to the house was thorough and answered all of our questions. Phones calls were answered promptly and the estimated timeframe for installation was shorter than expected. The installers were extremely knowledgeable and had to make some changes the day of. Their attitude was so positive and helpful, the quality of the work was A+.

The crew was proficient in both communications and meticulous installation of the seamless Valor Gutter Guards. They also installed heating coils in gutters and downspouts which they were perfect in measuring and installing to hook up with electrical outlets. I was extremely impressed with their courteous considerations, knowledge, quality and cleanup! Thank you!

VERY satisfied customer! Quality work that looks better than expected, very fast turn around time from time of hire to job completion (< 1 week!), very professional workers. They were even kind enough to fix a piece of soffit falling down that I could not reach. Plus they were ~ 30-40% cheaper than the other bids I had gotten.

Great, when we originally had the gutters installed in 2017, they were all very friendly and were really responsive to emails and calls. They made sure all the gutters were pointed how we wanted them and cleaned up very thoroughly after themselves. Recently, we had a lot of water near our house due to snow melt and they came back to make certain a downspout was functioning properly.

It was an exceptional experience. I had two vendors and Mid State was actually more reasonable in price than the other vendor. What impressed me was the professionalism and responsiveness of this company when they came out to do the bid. Then I was notified about the timing to install and the installation was flawless. I would definitely recommend them.

The estimator considered the project well, asking for our input and discussing options. Work was completed on schedule. Crew was friendly and accommodating. I'm happy with the final product.

My experience with Zach was poor. They attempted to overcharge me for work that wasn’t performed. My invoice stated one thing, and once the work in the rear was completed I received an invoice $300 more. I thought they had taken down the gutters in the front of home and installed their own that why there was an additional charge. I called Zach on it and they had done any work on the front and I apologized. He was to contact me in a few days with the agreed upon invoice. He calls me and try’s to say they have a $550 minimum charge and lies to say we discussed it over 2 months ago when he came to my house. None of this was on my copy of the original invoice nor written anywhere on the invoice. Zach constantly spoke to me as if I was bothering him accusing me of yelling and “berating” him? Simply by questioning my invoice and the service performed. I’m a paying customer and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any type of constructor for work on my home. Zach was making remarks on the phone that I couldn’t understand being a customer. Zach’s voice was trembling over the phone and it was obvious he had no type of customer resolution skills. I went with this company because of the reviews on Angie’s list, but in my situation it was the complete opposite. I don’t want to infer I received his type of treatment as a paying customer because I’m an African American, but it seems that way.

They called me and said they no longer do gutter cleaning. They were the first one to call me back after I requested quotes from four vendors.

Great, no issues. Came when they said they would. Money well spent.

Was very impressed with Bob from Mid-State. He was extremely professional and gave an honest recommendation that I would be better served leveraging a handyman to assist with the job I needed done. I really appreciated his time and assessment on what needed to be done to remedy the situation.

The work was done fast. The company let us know that the crew was going to show up within a specific window, and they arrived during that time. They got to work right away. We are satisfied with the work that was done and the quality. The only caveat was that we had mentioned that some downpours had to reach the grass so the water would go away from the house. The person in charge of the team, a nice and respectful gentleman, was unaware of this, but he still put pieces of cut gutters together to make the downpour longer. We were also told that they would come by next time they were in the neighborhood to replace the item with a long a proper piece but this hasn't happened yet.

Such a great experience working with Mid-State. Everyone is very professional and so easy to work with. We have a new construction home (less than two years old) and there has been some erosion issues so getting a good quality gutter was important. Zach did a great job in explaining everything to us and understood our concern about the erosion spots. Since we haven’t had the chance to do any landscaping yet, Zach also recommended they put hinges on the bottom downspouts so we can flip them up to get around (I never would’ve thought of that!). Eric did a great job installing the gutters and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

Zach was the salesperson I originally talked with. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The crew that did the work was very professional. The entire process was pain -free for us.

Install went very well. Cleaned up when done. Highly recommend them.

Good communication, good service, did the job before the date promised.

I was told it would be done in 3 weeks and it ended up being 7 weeks. I had to contact them to get updates on when it would be done and even then I was told they would get back to me and I would not hear from them for over a week so I contacted them again. I was told they would get back to me and there was no contact. The third time they finally got back to me and it was done a week later.

Everything went very well - very professional and easy to work with. I was not home during the installation, but the installer called me to verify the location of the downspouts to be sure I was happy with the project. Had some miscommunication with the original install date; however, once discovered, it was resolved quickly and professionally. Because of this, I still rated punctuality as an A. How an issue is resolved is so important.

We found the employees friendly and accommodating; however, the quality was subpar. Management was contacted twice. 1st time they just blew us off. 2nd time they apologized and advised they would address our concerns; however, that was almost 2 months ago with no further contact. We do NOT recommend Mid-State Gutters and are very disappointed with the fact that they came so highly recommended from Angie’s List. We will be cancelling Angie’s list as well.

Workers were efficient and left without a trace. The gutters and downspots are a good color match to our existing soffits and stucco siding.

The sales process was quick and easy - the rep knew his stuff and was great about understanding our needs. The installation happened relatively quickly and went off without a hitch.

I made an appointment for 3 pm had to take vacation to make the appointment. The vendor was a no show... he called my work number about 6 minutes past our appointment time. His work might be great and things do happen. I would have preferred a call earlier so I did not have to take my precious vacation. The vendor was very apologetic and wanted to reschedule. As I said. Things do happen however I will move on. This is not a bad review on work quality.. I have no idea
