Description of Work: They installed gutters on my new homes. Zack came out just after I requested an estimate and provided a fair assessment of what I needed. He even gave me a couple of options to choose from. The guys installing were also very good, but there was not good communication concerning the date they would install the gutters. I finally called and that seemed to remind them to keep me in the loop, but it still took a few days of "they might be there this afternoon" before they finally came. They did a nice job though.

Description of Work: They scheduled for a Friday and never showed up or called. My contractor called me and they said that some workers didn't show and I would be the first appointment on Monday. They knew I had to be away by 10 am. I had additional work for them to do on the north side of the house and needed to show them. The scheduler called and was abusive: "Whats so important for this that you need to be there?" telling me that he had half a day wasted because of me needing to be there. Not that they were to blame in the slightest for a day and a half of mine completely wasted. I don't recommend them and found a much better honorable, service oriented company.

Description of Work: Did a great job, quality work for the price they quoted. My husband had them do some specific requests for placement and drip edge and they did it exactly as he requested. They were very nice and cleaned up the job site well. Since they do a great job, they are in high demand so we had to wait a month, but it was worth it. Also not the cheapest overall, but the cheap ones no showed and we're unprofessional. These guys did exactly what they said they would. Refreshing.

Description of Work: Everything was great except when I went out to meet them, one worker asked if could "water my trees" (go to the bathroom in the woods behind my house). I told him there was a bathroom in the house but he just headed into the woods.

Description of Work: Installed gutters. Job was unfinished on day one. I called and Zach responded promptly. The unfinished part was done within a week or so. Quality of work is excellent.

Description of Work: Three men very quickly (45 minutes) removed the existing gutter and installed the new one once the weather warmed up. |A problem with a down spout was fixed by them on an emergency basis earlier in the spring, which was greatly appreciated.

Description of Work: I had a very goo experience with Mid-States. | |I had Mid-State replace my existing gutters on my home as well as adding a new gutter to an area of the house that hadn't had one previously. | |The estimation process was easy. I inquired about an estimate and they contacted me the next day an someone was out to the house within a few days. The salesperson suggested some changes that we should to do make which was great. We had a downspout that drained onto the sidewalk which is fine in the summer but was not so great in the winter because it gets very slippery. Zach right away pointed out that this should be changed which I really appreciated. | |The install was done in a few weeks as they indicated. The installation went well and was done quickly. The only thing that could be improved is on the cleanup. In one area I found quite a few nails that must have been from the removal which is not good to have on the deck and in the yard. It was easy to clean up so glad I saw that before something happened. I think it was just an oversight because it was just in one area. | |I did have Mike come back to make an adjustment to one of the downspouts. After we connected he was out the next day. I also asked to have a downspout extension added while he was here which he took care of as well. | |Overall I would say the experience with Mid-States and their team was positive and I would recommend to my friends and family.

Description of Work: They replaced and added gutters and downspouts. They kept downspouts when possible so I wasn't charged for new ones unless it was necessary. Great price and great service!

Description of Work: Very nice company, great work, reasonable pricing with the coupon. The only downside was they were super busy so we weren't the top of their list but that was my problem for waiting so long and then deciding to do the work at the height of the install season. Would call them again.

Description of Work: They were very proactive in getting both the initial consultation and the actual work scheduled. We asked them to quote some additional work but decided to go with just the original 50 feet of gutter/downspout. | |Work was completed on the day scheduled. They could have cleaned up better, there were bits of the fasteners from the old gutters and screws left on the ground, but in their defense, it was sleeting that day, and I'm sure they were anxious to get out of the weather.

Description of Work: New gutters on the front and back of my house. Matched color perfectly. The install team showed up on the day they were scheduled to and did a very good job, looks great.They were professional and new their trade. Did a great job all around and cleaned up every piece of scrap they created. I would recommend Mike and Mid-State Gutters to others, Good value for the price
