The team did a great job matching our siding and color coordinating the downspouts...looks awesome. We'd definitely use them and would recommend Midstate to our friends and neighbors (or anyone needing quality work done!)

Mike repaired a downspout that had separated from the gutter. He was prompt, polite, professional, and very careful. We called on a Tuesday, and he came out the next day. After repairing the downspout, he inspected our other gutters and make some other minor fixes. He was also very reasonable in price. We would definitely use him again.

Mike came to our house after we had 4 other bids and had almost decided on another company. He was very friendly, professional and punctual. His quote came out almost the same as the other companies but we thought Mike was solid in his follow through and knew his stuff so we decided to go with him to support a smaller business and a nice guy. Mike followed through on timelines, etc. just as he promises. The installation went well and we were happy with the results. A couple of small things came up afterwards- the downspouts are the flip-up kind and instead of having the hinges that we had seen on every other home they cut into the gutter leaving huge open holes in the downspout. Personally, we were disappointed with the result and overall appearance. It looks like the downsput is broken and the cutouts appear much larger than actually needed. We called Mike and he said he doesn't use hinges because they eventually need to be painted. This was not discussed prior to installation and if we had known, we likely would not have opted for this look. We asked Mike to come look at the cutout size (again we feel like it is much larger than actually needed and it just looks odd) but we haven't heard anything since. Also, we had a leak in one of the elbows/dowmspouts due to ice buildup. We called Mike and he said he'd check it out. Two days later a crew arrived at our home and put some sealant in the leaky area. This was good, but we never knew they were coming and Mike has not called to follow through on either concern/issue. Overall, we are generally satisfied but it would have been nice to have him follow through with either a call or a visit.

AWESOME!!! Great communication from the start. Mike came out twice to answer questions and help to get the job coordinated. The crew came out removed the old gutters and reinstalled the new. They did a wonderful job. I have gotten several compliments on the nice job they did.

They quoted within 48 hours of contact, showed up within 7 days, completed the work on time, and cleaned up all to our satisfaction!

Mike was terrific in explaining the product and installation process. The crew that installed the Gutter Dome were courteous and efficient. It took the better part of a day to finish the job. After they had left we noticed a few spots that needed some adjustments. Mike came out immediately and took care of those tweaks. The system is perfect for our environment which has mature white pines, river birch, bur oak and silver maple. This is the first autumn when I did not have to climb onto the roof to clear the gutters of debris.

Mid State Seamless Gutters gave the best presentation and with the discount coupon from Angies they came in with one of the best price. They came in one day and finished the job. They did a great job and the gutters look great and solid. I would use them again.

Mike was great to work with and very patient. He came up with some great workarounds for how to install gutters so that my sidewalks were clear. I especially liked that he pushed me on color. Had I gone with what I thought was a match it wouldn't have turned out so well. His crew was very professional and took extra steps to be sure that downspouts were placed exactly where I wanted them. Mike provided a very competitive bid and I was very pleased with the experience. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

All I needed was sixteen feet of gutter on a roof built out at the front entryway. Mike gave me an estimate which was higher than another estimate that I had gotten. But Mike noticed that the plastic gutter covers I had installed on the house had collected leaves and the water dripping off of the gutters was staining the siding of the house. He showed me a new style metal cover that did not have a lip that would trap the leaves. I was so impressed by the design that I had them installed without looking at any other type of cover. I found that they add a lot of stability to the gutters so I don't have to be concerned about leaning my ladder on the gutters. They perform very well and where you can see them, they have a substantial look. They will not sag like a plastic cover.

We recently purchased a house that was built in 2000. Unfortunately, when it was built the original owners chose to put gutters only over the main entryways and ignored the rest of the house. As a result, whenever it rained, a 3-story waterfall cascaded off the back of the house and a river of rainwater rushed along the front of the house washing out landscaping and eroding the front patio, causing it to drop several inches. While we would have preferred to spend our ?new house? budget on furniture, it was obvious that gutters were the new priority. The next, who is a very large company in the twin cities, gave us a bid but we got lost somewhere in their bureaucracy and it took weeks to get our questions answered. The last was Mike and Mid-State Seamless Gutters. Mike returned our call promptly, worked around our chaotic schedule to do the initial bid, and even sent a hand-written thank you note within 24 hours of meeting us. That?s unheard of in this day and age. He willingly came out a second time to tweak the bid based on our changed requirements, and worked with us to design a plan that would meet our needs and our budget. Even though the final bid was higher than his big company competitor, we could see that it was due to the quality of the materials and the attention to detail he and his crew were committed to giving to us. We were not just a number. So we hired Mid-State. The Work: Our plan required our gutters to route the rainwater underneath our walkway in two places. Jay?s Rain Drains (?), the specialist Mike brought in to do the trenching and installation of the drain tile, did an excellent job ? neat, tidy and quick ? proof that Mike works with quality companies. A few days later, Mike?s crew arrived promptly as scheduled (maybe even a little early) and set to work immediately. They knew exactly what needed to be done, which reflects good communication between Mike and his team, and they promptly set to work. I work from a home office so was a little worried about interruptions or excessive noise ? but there was neither. They worked steadily throughout the day to custom fit and install the gutters, and the final result is beautiful and effective. Due to the drought we had to use a hose to see how well the gutters worked and they passed the test. The Follow-up: A few days later, I received a call from Mid-State to make sure we were happy with the installation. I can?t remember her name (my bad), but it was obvious from her questions that she was familiar with our specific job and was sincerely interested in my feedback, which is unlike most companies who either don?t bother to call at all or are simply calling to check off a box on a to-do list. The overall experience was terrific and I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and Mid-State Gutters to anyone looking for new or replacement gutters. They really understand the value of customer service and quality workmanship. Now if it would just rain!

The mid-state team did a wonderful job of repairing and adding new copper gutters to our house. They showed up when they said they would....cleaned up after themselves.....offerred me choices in the buying process....and had a reasonable and solid quote out of the 4 I received. I have no hesitancy in recommending their work.

This experience was excellent! The owner of the business was very responsive when I called and was back to me within 24 hours to schedule the estimate appointment. He came onsite and measured, asked what I wanted, and then drew a quick diagram of the work that was to be done. After discussing the options, he wrote up an estimate. While he was writing that up, he showed me photos of examples of his work on his iPad. The estimate was EXTREMELY reasonable and over $1000 less than an estimate from another installer. He did warn me that he was several weeks out for timing of the install. His crew installed the new gutters while I was out of town and they did a magnificent job. The cleaned up all of their debris and had the job done exactly when they said they would. After I had a chance to look at the work, the owner followed up with a visit and when I pointed out one thing that I didn't like, he fixed it on the spot. After he was sure I was satisfied, we settled the bill, which was exactly what his estimate was. This was a great experience from and I would highly recommend them.

Very courteous, on time, and installed the gutters the morning that the monsoon rains hit the Rockford area. Will be using them again on our new house after our landscaping and driveway are in. Highly recommend!!! Thnx again Mike.

Mike devised a system that will protect the front porch and our new front doors and walkway from flooding. He was professional and knowledgable and also put me in contacts with others to complete my stonework. When we needed him to come, he fit us into his busy schedule.

Mid State Seamless Gutters came out and gave us an estimate and was significantly cheaper than comparable products. Installation took most of one day. Crew was good and cleaned up everything afterwards. The color we chose did not have matching inside corner pieces, the crew worked on alternative solutions and ended up manually building the inside corners. They ran it all past me first to ensure I was happy with the solution, which I was. One down spout was not installed as I intended, I called Mike and he is coming out to fix with no issue. Overall, great team to work with and a quality product.

Fantastic work!! They were out promptly, did the work in less than a day. We never even knew they were at the house & when I got home I didn't even realize the gutters had been installed they matched the house so well. They were priced great and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the work!!!

Called Mike on a Monday for an estimate and was here Wendnesday. Mike went through what need to be none. A week later they showed up and the work.. Very good work would recommend this company to any one.
