Mid-State Seamless Gutters

Quick response to first phone inquiry. Manny came out to demo, but wasn't sure how to use his Ipad. I did research to find that this was a highly rated product so ordered the product to be installed. They called to give a date, didn't show, I called back, they called again, gave a date, didn't show. Finally Manny came out and did a professional job. I'm happy with the product and I know they were very busy with the weather, etc. Could have had better scheduling and follow up but overall I'm happy with the product.

I was very impressed with Mid-state. I compared 5 Angies List companies; Mid-state had all the bells and whistles that the other companies had, but at a more competitive price. The crew was available to do the job before they estimated, they went quick to work, completed the job in a few hours, and save for a mere two screws I found in the grass, left an impeccable jobsite. I know it?s prudent to get at least three estimates on any job your planning on having completed, but with Mid-state, save yourself the time and just put them to work. I would recommend Mid-state to anyone who asked, if they did TV or radio commercials, I would volunteer to report my experience ? they were/are absolutely terrific.

The owner of Mid-State Seamless works with the owner of A.M. Burney Exteriors and it was the owner of Burney who showed up to measure and consult with me about my gutter replacement. He did consult with Mid-State Seamless owner when he had questions before giving me my estimate. He was much more knowledgeable and professional than the other contractors from whom I got estimates. In fact, one of the other contractors gave me an estimate that included re-using my old gutters which, in talking with Burney, I found had no chance of working out. I have a couple of problem areas that required some thought about how to make the new gutters work and they were able to figure everything out. The only two things I found difficult/didn't like were that actually hiring Mid-State Seamless was a little confusing; and I keep finding screws that were dropped by the installers. But that is totally out-shined by the fact that my new gutters look great and work exactly as was promised.

Called June 20, 2013 and left a message that we would like an estimate. No one ever called back.

The estimate process was easy and complete. I understood the options and didn't receive the hard sell. I knew they were booking a couple weeks out and I was in no hurry, so we agreed that they would touch base with me a couple days before the install. The drain was dug first and was done by a subcontractor that I didn't have any contact with, but it was done extremely well with almost no disturbance of my plants and grass. Had I not known it was happening, I would have never realized anyone had been there. About 1-2 weeks later, I got a call that the crew would be out the next day to install the gutters. Unfortunately it poured that day, so the crew was delayed until the following day. We were not home, but when we returned from work, the job was complete and everything looked good. My only complait was that in one flower bed, there were screws and bits of gutter leftover. I addressed this with the company and they apologized and assured me they would address with the crew. Overall very happy with the project.

Mike came to the house and created a customized specification. We reviewed a couple of design alternatives to accommodate a cedar shake roof, specific requirements for drainage and living in a wooded area (leaf guards on the gutters). He is very knowledgeable and had great recommendations based on his experience, product and service integrity. The work was done in a timely manner. Mike's team communicated frequently and professionally throughout the process. Work site was clean after installation, and the quality and craftsmanship of the work is very high. Given our wet spring, the gutters have been thoroughly tested and work to specification.

Our experience with Mid State Seamless was excellent from start to finish. Alan, the representative who came out to measure and provide the estimate, was very thorough in explaining their product, the installation process, warranties, and scheduling. I was extremely pleased with the quoted price and felt very confident about the work to be done. As specified during the consultation, the installation team thoroughly cleaned out the gutters prior to installation. They also fixed a problem with a pair of brackets holding up our existing gutters. The Gutter Dome installation went smoothly and quickly, and the crew was very professional and polite. We've had a lot of rain, so the installation has definitely been tested. I'm pleased to say it is performing exactly as promised. I'm very happy with the quality of the product and the installation. Mid State Seamless offers a great product at a great price, and they stand behind their work with an unbeatable warranty. I definitely recommend them.

I was very happy with the whole process. I got three different estimates from contractors; Mid State wasn't the cheapest (it was close) but I was most comfortable with the quality of their product and sales manner. I called for an estimate and Mike responded very quickly. He was very informative but really low pressure, which I always appreciate.I also appreciated that he wasn't looking to make a fast buck by up-selling. He actually told me my gutters were in good shape and that I could just relocate a troublesome downspout if I wanted. In the end, I decided to go with all new gutters because it was only slightly more expensive than moving the downspout and re-pitching the old gutters. I told him I wasn't in a giant hurry to get the gutter installed, so Mike told me he'd just give me a call a day ahead of when they could come out. A couple weeks later he called and his crew came out while I was at work. Honestly, if not for the brand new gutters and a downspout in a much smarter spot, I wouldn't have known they had been out at all- all traces of my old gutter and any other debris were completely gone. That night it rained cats and dogs and it was so nice looking out and not seeing rain pooling all around my foundation. The new gutters are working great and I would definitely use Mid Sate again.

Mike's crew went above and beyond anything I could've expected. The initial install was a challenge because of some faulty wiring that caused the guys to get zapped when they were installing the gutters. I came home to a completed job. However, one of the down spouts was in the wrong spot. I called Mike and he appologized and fixed the error. He also replaced the siding that had the holes drilled into it. He also came back about two months later to touch up paint on the downspouts when they were moved for the drain tile. Overall, I would say Mike was the best contractor of any sort I've worked with. He was very responsive and fair. I recommend him to all of my family, friends and neighbors. You won't be disappointed!

I interviewed three vendors. I chose this one because the representative was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gutters. He seemed more like a customer service person who really knew what he was talking about than a salesman. Answered all of my questions, explained what he would do in language that I understood. The price was very competitive and considering how nicely the work was done, this was a very good deal. Prompt, courteous, efficient, professional. There were a couple of things that I wanted them to check on after the work was done and they did so; their response was excellent.

End to end...excellent!! Mike responded quickly to my first inquiry, showed up on time for the estimate, was fair on the price, installed the job timely and the gutters look and work great. Also, I want to highlight that the crew installing the gutters were professional and personable, answered all the questions we had in a very friendly and polite manner and really did a great job on the install. We were very happy!!

Mike was very helpful in figuring out a good design for our complicated roof line and lot drainage challenges, explaining the pros and cons of various alternatives. His team of three did a great job with quality of work, cleaning up thoroughly, and even pointing out some roof maintenance issues we were not previously aware of. Overall the did a great job for us and definitely would use them again.

It went great from start to finish. Mike the owner had an electronic portfolio to show some of the work they had done previously. When he gave us an estimate, he was willing to match an estimate we had received from another company. The crew came out and did the work, and left our yard nice and neat afterwards. The new gutters look great.

We have never had trouble with drainage from the roof on the majority of our house, but the front doorstep and the area in front of our garage doors have always been a bother (and dangerous) when it was raining or the snow was melting off the roof. After three falls on the ice in our driveway (caused by the snow melting off our roof) this winter, we decided to have gutters installed to keep our walkway and driveway safer. I contacted Mike (the owner) for an estimate and he was able to make an appointment with us quickly. I was immediately impressed that he understood we only wanted gutters on just half of the front of our house, he did not try to talk us into doing the rest of the house or into any 'add-ons' that we hadn't asked for. We were not in a hurry to get the job done, because winter was over, so we agreed to have him contact us when it was convenient for them to do the work because it was such a small job. Mike treated this small job with importance of a much larger one. He contacted us a couple of times keeping us informed as to approximately when the work would be completed. On the day of the install, the Joe the installer showed up when he said he would, was very professional and did a very nice job. He was protective of our property and courteous. After the job was finished, we decided that we wanted the placement of the drainpipe configured a little differently. We called Mike and told him of the change we wanted; he said "no problem" and came out himself to complete the change at no extra charge. It was a wonderful experience dealing with everyone at Mid-State Seamless Gutter. Their concern for providing what the customer wants, at a high quality of professionalism and workmanship is impressive!

I can't stress enough how pleased we were to work with Mike and his staff. When researching gutter companies we elected to get five quotes. Two of the quotes were from larger, more well known companies that had advertised on television, one was a referral from a co-worker and the other two were from here on Angie's List (Mid-State Seamless Gutters being one of them). When I contacted Mike to schedule an estimate he was very prompt in setting up an appointment, unfortunatly I was unable to make our appointment time due to other conflicts but he still showed up and met with my wife. He spent a good amount of time walking her through the process, picking colors that matched our house (perfectly I might add) and even went one step further and made a recommendation to add a section of gutter that we, and all the other companies managed to overlook. She was very impressed with his attention to detail and their "non-pushy" sales approach. Upon my review of the quote he left I had a few questions that he answered right away and put me at ease. Our gutters were installed on Monday 4/29/2013 and with the rain we received last night I can say they worked wonderfully. (Yeah, I went out in the rain to check out the performance). Wonderful to work with. Of all of the companies we got estimates from, Mid-State had the most colors to pick from. They came out and even installed the morning after a huge snowfall! Great service, and a great job on the gutters. You would never even notice them. We would definitely recommend them to a friend!

I was at work when Midwest did the gutter work. Came home -- was much impressed with the quality of workmanship -- and the product itself. Very nice. Very happy. Mike called me the next day to see if I was happy with the work, as he wasn't going to send me an invoice unless he knew I was satisfied. I really appreciated the professionalism and customer-concern that he showed me. PLUS -- now that it's been so much snow melting / rain? That rain gutter on the garage has proven its worth.

After 20 years of putting up with ice on the front sidewalk and broken concrete from the water getting underneath the sidewalk and freezing in the winter, I finally decided to see what could be done. I had talked with two other gutter companies and they did not want any thing to do with the problem. I guess the job was to small for them and they had no solution anyway. I found Mid-State Seamless Gutters on Angie's List and gave them a call. Mike the owner called me and we set up a appointment for a couple of days later. Mike was here on time and within minutes came up with a solution that would solve the problem. The price was very reasonable and I accepted the proposal on the spot. The work was scheduled for later in April as the weather this year was not cooperating. I was very impressed with Mike. It was a pleasure to talk with him and I knew I had the right person for the job. Two installers came out 4/17/2013 and removed the old gutter system and installed the new system which now drains away from the sidewalk. The work was very professional and I enjoyed having them here. The attention to detail was impressive and they did all the little things to make everything look 100 percent correct. They both were polite and professional and did a great job. I received a follow up call from Mike the day after to see if I was satisfied with the work. I indicated that I was very pleased. Great customer service and follow up. Mike and Mid-State Seamless Gutters are top-notch in my opinion. It was a great experience working with them and I would recommend them.

Working with Mid-State Seamless gutters was an overall professional and positive experience. Mike, the owner, was very prompt in returning our initial phone call and setting up a time to meet. Mike also helped us choose the best color match for our house (not standard white) and gave us our quote quickly. The work was scheduled very promptly and Mike was on site the day of installation to ensure everything was being done properly. He also followed up the next day to tie up a few loose ends himself delaying his trip out of town. We would recommend them to anyone who asked as the work quality was good and Mike and his crew were nice work with.

First of all - Mike (owner) knows customer service well! After the job was performed, he personally stopped by to review the work. I had a couple of items that I wanted adjusted after the original install and he quickly responded and had the items resolved. He was quick to follow up with me and assured me that he wanted me to be 100% happy - and I am! I would highly recommend the use of Mike and his team - they color matched the downspouts to the siding on our home and it looks great.. It worked out just great. They showed up on time and they explained exactly what they were going to do. They were well priced, and they were able to do the job in a real timely fashion.

Mike and his team were very professional and prompt with all service calls and phone contact etc. Mike's team had to come back and finish the other side of my home due to ice dam, and once the weather permit his guy was right out there to handle the job. Thank you Mike and crew for not pressuring me as a lot of contractors do, and educating me on important information about gutters. Z

Mike came out and gave us an estimate within a few days of us contacting him. He was professional and personable and his prices were more than fair. Although he originally said that they were backed up due to the bad weather and it could take up to a month, we got a call less than two weeks later. He and his crew came out and installed gutters on our newer construction house, cleaned up and other than the addition of the gutters, you could not even tell that they were here. The gutters look awesome and their is a lifetime warranty! What more could we ask for!

The quote amount was about $2000. He was punctual; he showed up on time. He followed up and was very professional. I would recommend him. I had a pretty good experience with him. It was the best price that I got.
