Mid-State Seamless Gutters

It went well. We had Mike come out last year and do the gutters and the gutter dome (leaf protection) around our house. There were two other spots that we wanted to 'watch' to see whether we'd need gutters there or not. This year we decided we did need them. I called Mike and he came out within a few days to give me an estimate for what we wanted, as well as some ideas as to where to place the additional down spout (one of the gutters we needed was on the roof just above our sun porch, and it was tricky to figure out a place to put that downspout so it was unobtrusive). The crew came out shortly after, installed the gutters and leaf protection, put the downspout exactly where Mike suggested and cleaned up after themselves. I had a question about a corner, and even though this was a very small job, Mike came back out (all the way from Monticello), got up on the ladder and fixed it to my satisfaction. This is the 2nd time we've used Mid-State Seamless Gutters, and if I ever move, I would DEFINITELY use them again for gutters.

Zach was prompt at coming out and doing an estimate. He was very professional, even had a presentation to show us how the gutters would be done on our house. We had two other bids and Zach was in the middle. Zach had additional gutter run over the deck and was matching colors to our house. He ordered the rain barrel we wanted installed so he could inspect it and have the install guys do it right. The house looks great and with all the rain we've had the last week I am glad we got the gutters done. We noticed that a splash guard was missing and I emailed Zach and he someone out the next day to have it added. .

The owner showed great experience in giving the original estimate. He understood possible problems with the installation on a 1920's house. They stayed in communication and arrived on the morning expected. They took down the old gutters with no problem. The new gutter and downspout work perfectly. They also had to remove and reintall the roof cables. This was done very precisely. Excellent, tidy work. We would use them again.

I planned my day around this. I called the company's cellphone and office number to no avail.

Project went PERFECT!!!!!. The very young and professional installer (Koda, I hope is the correct spelling) was exceptional. There was a slight communication error relative to when he would arrive, but once he did come later in the day, I was very impressed. The installation looks great - can hardly tell that there is a gutter. Very high quality, professional products were used. Koda admitted that he had dropped two small nails from my existing flashing, and was very diligent in locating them. He could have easily NOT mentioned it to me. If I ever need additional gutters, I will definitely contact Mid-State Seamless Gutters first. Also just received a nice "follow-up" call from Katie, wanting to assure that I was satisfied.

I sent photos showing the gutters to be replaced and received a call very quickly. I was advised about options, including cost/quality tradeoffs and value. Our situation was complicated wrt downspouts and Mid-State found a great solution. The work was done quickly and quality was excellent.

Mike was very responsive. I called and left a voicemail requesting an estimate and he called back within a few hours. They came to our house, took the measurements, and made recommendations without the up-sell. We felt comfortable with the presentation (walked us through how they'd perform clean installation where everything would just blend in), quote, and timeframe for when they could come back and install so we signed up without receiving other estimates. After installation I noticed that the downspouts weren't the tilt-up style we thought we were receiving based on the presentation (thought they were provided standard with them) so I called Mike back and he came out the next week and added them due to the confusion. A snow and a few light rains later and I'm pleased with the result. The water is going where it should which is all you can ask for I guess.

My overall experience with them went well. Their price was very good.

Mike's crew came and installed the gutters, left a clean job site, and even extended some downspouts to protect landscaping. One month after the installation a section of gutter detached from our house. I called Mike and he called me immediately back. He had his original installation crew on site at 7am the next morning in the freezing cold. They repaired the section and knocked on the door to apologize for the inconvenience and workmanship. They explained the type of facia on our house posed some problems and they had reattached the gutter with longer screws and we wouldn't have that problem again. The guys were very conscientious.

I liked their product; it had a cover on it. Our interaction with the provider was very good and their price was reasonable. We got other bids and liked their product better. Their price was good and they did a good job. That is all we needed to know. They were not cheap and were not expensive.

The work was good and they seemed very efficient. They did not try to sell me things I did not want. There was one error that happened, but they took care of it. I got three quotes for either partially putting on new gutters or completely putting on new ones. This company gave me a reduced price so I decided to replace all of the gutters on the house.

Mike and his team were fantastic. I called several providers and left messages on a Sunday. Mike was the first to call back Monday morning. He listened to my problem (burst and leaking downspout), gave 2 options for replacement with advantages and disadvantages of each, told me the price, and told me when the job could be done. His team came out within a day or two to get a color match for the paint on the other gutters and then replaced it immediately. His bill was EXACTLY the amount he quoted--not a penny more. Given that this downspout spanned 3 levels/stories in height and then ran horizontally under the deck for quite a few feet, as well as the fact I chose to go with the more expensive but longer lasting steel option, the price was well worth it. Not to mention it was done fast, efficiently, and during subzero temps and amongst piles of snow in my yard. I was very pleased with every aspect of the work and the customer service. I would highly recommend this company (not to mention the other companies I called took several days to return my call, if at all. One even said I should go with steel but that their company didn't have that material).

He gave us a competitive quote, explained the scope of work thoroughly, patiently answered questions, and scheduled us promptly when we were ready to move forward. The entire project was done in one day. His team was friendly and neat. The gutters look really good, and are working great.

Contractor was punctual and knowledgeable for our initial meeting, and competitive on price. His crew showed up on schedule, and completed the work in one day. They did a great, quality installation. I was very pleased with the whole operation, and would definitely hire them again.

As a Board member in a townhouse association, I was asked by two neighbors who don't get along to take over the job of finding providers, getting estimates and having the work done. Mike Braun with Mid State Gutters was one of three contractors who bid on the job. He was the only one who got on a ladder and told me the gutter was full and needed to be cleaned (that was helpful). In addition, because the job was small, some contractors refused to do it. One of the homeowners then requested a gutter cover and Mike referred us to an independent site to review products and whether they were recommended. Mike's product, Gutter Dome, was highly recommended and the homeowners decided to go with that as well. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up the area when they finished. I would turn to Mike again as he was quick to respond and very knowledgeable.

The job was done right the first time. The installation was very quick, they did a great job cleaning up, and the result was even better than we expected.

We were able to get a pretty quick quote and it was great that he was able to bring samples of the gutters so that my husband could see the product first hand before installation. That was a big plus in my book, and they were the only ones to do this. When we had decided to choose them the remark I got was 'you made a smart choice, of course you chose us', which I felt was a bit smug and a bit of a turn off but I put it asside. Installation was going to be a bit delayed due to how busy they were , which was fine since we were in no rush. About a week later we got a call asking if they could come over for intallation as they were only a few towns over and could squeeze us in. Needless to say it was about 5pm when we got the call. The guys were very nice and installation was quick. My husband was able to inspect the work and ask questions if needed. Everything was complete in about 2 hours, and the house exterior was left clean. Overall is was a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone. Although if I were them I would choose better words when someone calls to accept their bid. I still keep thinking about it.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job, the gutters look great. The work quality is awesome!! There was not a screw left in the yard. Mike delivered everything that he committed to. He was on time and professional. If you need gutters, Mid State is the way to go!!

Working with Mike at Mid-State Seamless Gutters was great. We first met Mike when he stopped by to give an estimate. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave us the estimate and explained everything on the estimate and what the work would entail. His price was in the middle of the pack compared to other estimates, however we were getting the victorian style gutters and I feel that the product was a bargain for the price. With landscape work going on at our house, it forced Mike to work within our schedule, which he did. Mike and his crew took an afternoon to install the gutters on our two-level house and the gutters look great. The color matching of the gutters to the trim is spot on. Everyone comments how the gutters perfectly match the color of the trim. We had one tricky bit on our front porch concerning columns. Mike routed the downspout so that you can't see it from the road which made us very happy. Overall Mike has been pleasant to work with, professional, and responsive to any phone call or questions that I had.

I had used Mid-State Seamless Gutters a year ago to put gutters on just the porch portion of my home a year ago when I had new siding and windows installed by another company. I was very impressed with their work, craftsmanship and the quality of their product. This year I decided to put gutters on the entire house - big house too! The quality of their gutters complete with the gutter shields they install is 2nd to none! Very professional! No leaves, seeds or crud in my porch gutters at all, no problems with winter snow and ice either! These guys know exactly what they are doing and they are total professionals in every way possible! I'm impressed to say the least! No hassles, no problems, got exactly what I wanted and than some! The owner Mike came and gave me an estimate. I signed up right away. The gutters they installed for me a year ago are perfect! It rained hard here last night and all my new gutters did the job! I give this company my highest recommendation - and believe me I'm a very fussy perfectionist when it comes to having work done on my house! The install crew came right on time and in less that 5 hours the job was done. Great Company!

I called Mike to come and give us an estimate, and he responded promptly and set up a date/time to complete the estimate. Manny came out to give us the estimate, and he was early (but he called first to make sure we were home). Very professional, answered all our questions, very knowledgable and gave us suggestions for areas we weren't sure how to handle. I told both Manny and Mike that we were a bit under a time constraint as we were having concrete poured for the lower back patio within a couple weeks, and had a date when that was to be completed. Gutters needed to be in prior to that. I have to believe this is a very busy time for getting gutters installed, but Mike made it happen. The gutters were installed a week after Manny gave us the estimate, well before the concrete was due to be poured. I also requested that Manny be on the job as well when they came to install, since he knew what we were looking for, and exactly how we wanted everything placed. I was super pleased and very impressed with the entire process, right on through to installation. They obviously took great care not to destroy plants, landscaping, etc. There was very little evidence that they were there at all (other than the new gutters), that's how well they cleaned up after themselves. We didn't find one nail or any residual material anywhere. There is a lifetime warranty on BOTH parts AND labor for these gutters! And, they did not leave us a bill. Manny told us that Mike would only send us the bill after a follow up was done AND we were 100% satisfied. In my mind, these people did everything right! Not only quality materials, professional people, but it's very obvious that they take the term "Customer Service" very seriously! I'd highly recommend Mike and his team to anyone at anytime!

Mike came out to do the estimate. He was on time for the appointment, was careful to explain what we needed, and detailed in describing his products. We made arrangements to have the gutters installed and Mike's crew arrived at the appointed time. They did an excellent job on the installation and clean-up. We received a phone call to make sure we were satisfied. A few days later we recieved an invoice. We were very pleased with the process from beginning to end and the product we received. We enjoyed working with Mike and his team.
