deck cleaning, interior painters
+ 0 moreMike and his co-worker did an excellent job on both decks. The decks now look new. We are very pleased with their work. If you want quality work, they are the ones to hire. The price is comparable to other estimates.
Description of Work: Repair 11 planks on one deck, and pressure wash and stain 2 decks.

+ -1 moreThe work was performed and it is of high quality. He said several times that he isn't interested in small jobs and works mostly at large commercial installations. The return appointment was rescheduled several times and wasn't completed by the time I requested, but it was completed shortly after.
Description of Work: After talking to Michael about power washing and staining my small deck he gave me an estimate over the phone for his minimum charge, which included materials, and I agreed. He came to my house and power washed the deck and had me choose from a wide array of stain colors. He returned to stain the deck a week later.

+ 0 moreMark is a small businessman who has done power washing and deck sanding and staining for about 10-12 town homes in my association over the past few years. I hired him this spring because I could see the results on the other town homes. He does good work; he is accommodating and easy to work with; and his prices are very competitive.
Description of Work: Power washed entire townhouse and 2 decks. Sanded and stained both decks.
