 + -1 moreDERICK ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED. WAS FRIENDLY, INTELLIGENT, ARTICULATE, NEATLY DRESSED (COMPLETE WITH A LONG SHIRT THAT TUCKED IN!) TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND SHOWED ME HOW TO DO SOME OF THIS MAINTENANCE MYSELF IN THE FUTURE. HE ALSO GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE FOR HIM TO REMOVE AND INSTALL A NEW TOILET IF WHAT HE DID DOESN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM (WE'VE TRIED SEVERAL OTHER REMEDIES). IN ADDITION, HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME PRODUCTS OR SERVICES I DIDN'T NEED AND DIDN'T ASK FOR AND GAVE ADVICE ABOUT HOW TO AVOID HIGH-COST REPAIRS/PROJECTS IN THIS BATHROOM IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: DERICK CAME OUT AND REMOVED A STUCK DRAIN AUGER FROM THE TUB AND THEN FINISHED CLEARING THE DRAIN. HE ALSO CLEANED OUT THE JETS AND DRAIN IN THE TOILET TO TRY TO GET IT TO FLUSH COMPLETELY.
