Matthew's Roll Off Dumpsters

They were a day late from the time they were supposed to come. The person was friendly, but had irritated me a bit with the way he had gone about things. He was very understanding though about the fact that he was late and had allowed me to keep the dumpsters as long as I wanted. He had come and picked up the dumpsters when I had asked him to. It was a very nice experience for me overall.

I ordered a 15 yd. dumpster for my construction sight. They promised delivery on a Thurs. afternoon, or the following morning. I had scheduled two workers to load the dumpster for that morning. When I called to find out why I hadn't gotten the delivery, I got an answering machine, and left a message. Three days, and four messages later, I still haven't heard from "Matthew's". They have cost me time and money, not to mention the delay to my project. I'm not happy.

Matthew either answers the phone himself, or calls back immediately if you get his answering machine. Both times I needed a dumpster, he was able to get one out to my house the same day I called. Really customer-oriented, I would recommend him to anyone.

The only dumpster service in which I was able to contact a live person (not an answering machine/voice mail) on a Saturday morning. Delivered the dumpster within an hour of request. Couldn't have asked for better service - they were great.
