The services were provided promptly and professionally. Tim is extremely busy (because of his excellent service I'm sure) yet he still went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and even allowed for extra workers in order to get the entire job done. He kept me informed about their progress, offered a fair rate and made sure my needs were met. Everyone on his crew was professional, courteous and polite. The paint job looks amazing and I could not be happier with the results. My house is transformed and every room they did looks amazing. I'd recommend Mater's Touch to everyone!

Two personable young men came for the day and completed everything we asked of them in an efficient and professional manner. They were hardworking and careful. The areas they covered were too hard for us to reach, but they had the right tools and energy. Our walls are 9-10 feet, the staircase including ceiling was long and tricky, there were many arches and soffits. They did it all in a cheerful and pleasant manner. We knew they wanted to do the best job and they did just that. We enjoyed having them in the house. One of the young men went over the painting with my husband to make sure they had covered everything. We were completely satisfied. Today we woke up to a warm and beautiful home.

I never received a return phone call to schedule this service. I would like a refund because - in my message I explained that I was planning on selling my house and I needed this room painted to put it on the market. I had to do the work myself and the house is sold. - I am moving out of state so won't be able to have some other room painted. I appreciate yyour consideration

I worked to schedule my appointment with Tim, who was very friendly and accommodating. Tim showed up with two painters at the scheduled time and date. The guys were very friendly and professional. I told them which rooms needed to be done and they finished the job within 5 hours. They took me around the rooms to verify that everything looked good to me, and cleaned up after themselves well. I would definitely hire them again.

Everything went very well. The quality of the paint result is excellent. Owner Tim Skelly responded very timely to my calls and he followed through on every step as promised. He and his painters were efficient, professional and polite. They cleaned up the area very nicely when finished. I will definitely call him again when I need painting work done.

I couldn't be more pleased with the painting project completed by Masters Touch. I would give an A+ if possible. The owner, Tim, was very nice and communicated well by phone, text and email. The two workers were also very friendly and efficient. Customer supplied paint so I purchased Valspar Reserve for the job. Everything went great and I was amazed at how efficient and fast the work was completed. They patched the high cracks and even caulked a long crack in the ceiling that I asked about. The ceiling and wall were 11-12 feet and partly over a stairway so even higher in some spots. They were able to do all this with no special equipment only an expanding ladder. I wasn't sure how far they could get with time allotted, so I pointed out the high priority areas. They were able to get it all done and more including an additional hall. They taped and covered the carpeting. They were good at what they do. I had moved the furniture to the center of the room. When completed they cleaned up and even vacuumed. I am so happy with the results, I only wish I had done it sooner because it looks so great.

Called to get an estimate, the owner answered the phone with no sort of business greeting or using a name so I was the even sure I had the right number. The for the rest of the conversation he seemed uninterested in gaining my business. I left him with my info as he was gong to check his schedule and call me back which he never did. Lack of professionalism from my perspective.

During the estimate, Tim came out (on time) and was through about the process an measured the area. He quoted me a fair price, and I booked the job. He stated it would be Wednesday or Thursday during the next week, and would call a day a head of time. When I didn't hear from him on Tuesday, I thought this was another contractor stating a time frame, and wouldn't hold up their bargain (as most contractors do). Low and behold, he called on Wednesday and 3:15 and stated he would be out between 11:00 - noon on Thursday. They showed up at 11:30. Painted all the walls with allot of nooks and crannies in our kitchen, but before that, taped, draped and laid drop cloths and sprayed our ceiling. The work was flawless. You might be able to find someone that does it cheaper, but cheapest doesn't mean the best. I would highly recommend Master's Touch Painting for a large, or small job.

Tim and Calvin were very professional and good to work with. The quality of work was excellent. Our rooms look like new. I absolutely would hire them again.

They service went well. A crew of 3 came out and completed the job in about 1 week. There was some drying time in between. The owner was very diligent in getting done what I was looking for. He made sure to check in on the project to make sure the job was being done correctly. I was very impressed with his persistence. They were very reliable and showed up when they said they would. I had no problem the job.

They were very hard workers and even left touch up paint if I needed it. They left no mess after the job and even moved all the furniture back to where it belong. The service went really well. 2-3 painters came out for the job. We were very pleased with their work and even recommended them to a friend. The crew painted two coats in about 2 days. There was no paint split anywhere and they were neat in their work. They came out as scheduled and scheduling the project was easy. They used the exact color paint we were looking for and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend this company to others.

I have been very pleased with their work and consider this company my painter. The owner and his apprentice came out for the garage ceiling. They completed the job in about 4 days. The pricing is reasonable. They do what they say they will and do a great job. They are a small business and are hard workers. They are always punctual and great with cleaning up after each job I have had them out for. I have had no issues reaching out to the company or with scheduling. They can usually come out within a day or two for an estimate.

Tim and his crew did a great job. We had used Tim previously about 2 years ago for the exterior of our home and after a top quality experience on that we had no hesitation using him again. Tim provided a very competitive quote for the work, started exactly when he said he would on the project and was in and out in 2 days. The walls and ceilings turned out great. The work area was impeccably clean and other than freshly painted walls and ceilings, you would not know that they had been there.

The exterior was power washed and sanded followed with a premium primer and top coat. Inside another crew meticulously taped and painted the kitchen, dining room, vaulted living room and hall. Tim's professionalism and attention to detail produced an exceptional job. His crew was on time, courteous, and when they were gone you could not even tell that a major project had been done. The price was resonable and we are very pleased with results. We will have him back to paint the lower level next year. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone considering a painting project.

We found Master's Touch in 2002 at a home/garden show and used Tim Skelly to paint our home's exterior that year. We later recommended him to a neighbor and to my in-laws, and we went back to him this year without checking out any other firm - Tim is great! Tim came out in April 2011 to review and estimate the job - his price was very reasonable. Due to our busy schedule, we did not do the work until October. In September, at Tim's suggestion, we went to his preferred paint supplier and chose colors. Tim pressure washed the exterior areas a week in advance, and did preliminary spackling in the living room. We finalized the color choice at that time. On the appointed day, he and 3 other guys arrived promptly. They stained the deck and painted the garage door and frames around the garage door and new front door, and painted the living room and hallway. They did all the work in the one day, cleaned up well, and left the site spotless.

They quoted $4000. He was nice and low keyed. He was thorough. He walked around with me in the house and pointed out I guess, what needs to be done and how it would be done. The estimate was complete. As for responsiveness he did not answer for couple of days. I thought he would not be calling back and then he called. That way there was a lapse in time. I was happy with his estimate. He was one of the persons I would be considering.

Very well. Jim Skelly and three others did the entire job in a single day. Professional workmanship, complete clean-up, pleasant crew.
