Tim and his crew did a very nice job. They had to work around a rainy time and did a good job of finishing up the work as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. Tim was very easy to work with and I would definitely hire again.

He came right when he said and called me back. They came in just over the other guys.

I bought a deal on Angie's list and Tim called me within 48 hours. He provided me with a possible time and it was much sooner than I expected! He called and confirmed several days prior to the date. I was very impressed with his follow through. Scott and Jake panted our rooms and did an incredible job. They are complete perfectionists. I am so impressed with the job they did painting. Overall they got me in much quicker than any other painter. I was very pleased with that. Very quick to respond. They were quick and efficient work. The drawback was minimal prep work. I came across paint drips and touchups which you wouldn't expect from pros. They didn't really cover much of the floor or furniture and I did find some splatter marks I had to scrape off. Not a big deal if you don't have anything furnished, but I'll be more aware of it next time to protect the floor. For the price, was worth getting the job done.

My last experience with Master's Touch Painting was pretty good. Yes, I would use this provider again in the future.

Tim and his crew did a great job painting our house. We did our research and received 6 quotes before hiring someone for the job. Tim's quote was not the cheapest or the highest, but we chose to hire Master's Touch to paint our house because he was thorough and paid attention to detail while inspecting our home before giving us a quote. I could tell that he was going to do a good job and I respected that he did not undercut himself in price (which in my opinion could leave one desperate to finish faster and cut corners). Tim and his crew were timely, respectful, and quiet. I work from home so I was worried it would be difficult to work with people in the house, but that was not the case. They were flexible with what rooms they did when so that I could keep working easily. Although communication was minimal, Tim did a great job at completing our project on time and we are happy with the results. We plan to hire Tim & his company in a few years to paint the exterior of our house.

OUTSTANDING. Master's Touch product was excellent. If you look past the quality of work, the other items were just fantastic - timeliness, accuracy of bid, working with the paint store to get the correct discount, the communication -- geez, Master's Touch is WHY I PAY MONEY to Angie's List. Outstanding work, we are really happy.

Paint job was good, but needs to improve on commication with the client.

Tim's work was very good and exceeded expectations. Just a couple spots where paint was on some wood trim that I easily picked off and some missed areas (maybe a couple square feet total) where I touched up myself. This was likely due to the similar color used (trying to paint match) and the fact that I wanted only one coat done. I could have easily missed the spots, and they missed hardly any. The whole job was done in a day, which would have taken me much longer and they used hardly any paint! If I was to do it again, I would rely on his accurate estimate of how much paint was needed--I ended up with 4 gallons of paint that weren't even opened! Also, I would have removed the light switch/outlet covers and vents so he could get under versus masking around them. However, I was going out of town and didn't have time to do it myself. The cost of the work was $200 - 300 less than the next bidder. A great value, and I'm very happy with the work. He can be a little hard to reach by phone, but would definitely hire again.

I never received a call or any type of communication with the service provider. Very unprofessional. We had used them once before in Jan of 2016 and they were very good but would not recommend them now.

Tim gave us expert advice on how to address the problem of our stained popcorn ceiling. He did the work the noticed that it was still cracking a bit. He gave us a tip on how to deal with it in the future. When the stain started to show through again, he came back and redid part of his work on his time and his dime to make sure it was done correctly. He works hard to do a good job and make sure his customers are satisfied.

The painter did a beautiful job and worked continuously until done. He also did a great job of cleaning up. My only disappointment was the owner didn't check back with me to make sure I was satisfied with the job and if I was interested in any other work.

The provider was very timely and punctual in setting up the appointment. When they arrived they were very professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

The guys came in and got right to work. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Friendly crew. Although the communication was spotty, Tim did me a favor by fitting me into a very tight schedule. I have since noticed issues with the paint in my second bedroom. There is a section behind the door that was missed, there is a section above the door where the paint color from the other bedroom was used, and not corrected and there are sections in all parts of the wall where you can tell the second coat of paint was not complete and the old color is bleeding through.

I purchased the $350 deal for the Painter For a Day 3 months ago and have not heard anything from this vendor in regards to getting anything actually scheduled. I would like a full refund and will work with Angie's List CS to help facilitate this.

Tim's crew is pretty busy, but he was able to squeeze my paint job in during unpredictable weather outdoors. Good communication. They came in, worked hard to get the job done within a matter of hours. These guys were professional, easy to talk to and did a great job. I have some more painting to be done in the near future and I will be calling them. Ken.

Tim and his team arrived and worked together to paint the tall stairwell. That went well and turned out nicely. Then Tim left his two assistants to paint the bedrooms. I was not impressed with his assistants. To save time, I had them paint only two walls in one of the bedrooms, leaving two walls white. The quality of the edge work in the corners was poor, and there were splatters of the new tan paint on the white walls, which were difficult to fix since (1) tan is darker than white and (2) I didn't have any white paint. In the other bedroom, I found lots of heavy sections of dropping paint and missed sections, so I had to walk around and point those out to get them fixed before they left. Many outlets and light switches were painted too. And the outlet covers were missing in one of the bedrooms so I had to go buy new ones (since I didn't realize until the day before my renter was moving in). Tim was professional, but his assistants weren't--I found one of them lying on the floor while the other painted and they were fairly immature and unprofessional in their conversations with me. In the end, three rooms are painted, including a tall stairwell, and I only paid $350 so I gave the project overall a B. You get what you pay for.
