We really did our homework and got several estimates for our window project--not only did MFM come back with a fair price, but there were ZERO pressure or sales tactics involved, which we experienced with (literally) all the other companies we shopped. I wondered if we would be sacrificing anything because they don't work like the other guys (affordable pricing, no fancy sales pitch or PowerPoint presentations) but we really didn't...I was so impressed. These guys communicate well, they are prompt, the work and materials are quality, and we finished this project without a single complaint or concern. I'm actually looking forward to our next home improvement because I feel like we finally found a company we can trust!

We had a great experience with this company. Dan was very easy to work with and kept us updated during the process. The men that came to do the siding were very friendly and did a great job. We are extremely happy with our home and the quality of work!

We had MFM install a brand new roof on our home. They called right away to set up an estimate and talk over a few things. Estimate was done within one week of the first call. During this meeting, Dan was very informative, super easy to work with, and best of all it took 30 minutes total to have the entire deal (including shingle choices) ready to be scheduled. This is important for us as 2 hour meetings that could take 30 minutes are one big reason we sometimes wait to make big repairs. None of that with MFM. Got a call telling us when our roof would be replaced, they came out and it was done on time in 2 days. Super clean and careful with our outside wires, etc. TOP NOTCH! Finally, the craftsmanship is outstanding and our new roof is beautiful. Almost forgot....the total price was LESS than we'd expected according to our research. Please call them, from start to finish it was A+ service. Thanks Dan and Ryan for everything, it was a pleasure to work with your company!

Ryan was quick to respond via phone or text. Everything went smoothly.

Overall, pleased with the final results. We had windows, storm doors, gutters, facia, soffits, and siding replaced. Dan kept me informed throughout the entire project and quickly took care of the hiccups along the way. Would recommend to friends and family.

The windows do the basic job - keep the heat and cold where they belong, depending on the season. But they're incredibly hard to lock, and the company says they're working as expected.

It is truly to early to tell . The selling, measuring etc has been top notch. Check back after they do the work and I get to see what i purchased installed. You people need to redo your surveys. You are theproblem.

Great service product and price- responsive regarding small concerns

The job was impeccable. The Hardy siding looks wonderful. The workers were polite and talented. Any questions were communicaated to me quickly and honestly. I'll use them again for my other projects! Bravo!

Lowest bidder -- and excellent work, done on time. But they don't accept credit cards. . . .

Although one window was slightly mismeasured and they put a rush on that one, I have been VERY pleased with them, my brother might go with them as well. I got the best bid of the 4 companies, and they are a solid company and good people. I'm very happy with my windows!

They were very flexible with my schedule. When they arrived each staff member was polite and friendly. The work was excellent, and they cleaned up very well. I am planning to use them again next year when I replace more windows. Great service, excellent work!
