Description of Work: Carolyn contacted me right away by phone and email as soon as my review was posted. Offered to do the cleaning for free in exchange for a rating of their work. Service was performed on 12/9/16. I wasn't able to update right away due to personal matters but Carolyn did email me yesterday to check on the status of the update. She also stated they were looking for a B or better. Here is my email response to her, as it effectively summarizes the experience: I think a B is a stretch. It was a decent job but didn't have the wow factor I experienced the first time. Some streaks on some mirrors, the faint smell of old rags when I returned home, oven not cleaned on the inside are a few things that come to mind. Plus the 20+ min lateness with no advance notice makes it really tough to do anything above a B. I do appreciate the very well done floors, the politeness of the staff, and for the fact that it did save me time on dusting and a slightly deeper cleaning than day to day.

Description of Work: Three cleaners came for 1.5 hours. They were excellent. Thoroughly cleaned kitchen, bathroom, vacuumed furniture and rugs, mopped wood floors, dusted blinds. Very pleasant and focused workers. Definitely recommend.
