I like them so well I'm going to go on a monthly basis with them for year.

2 people for 2 hours cleaned our home (4 people-hours). They were very industrious and polite. They did a good job overall.

They are excellent. I had them come in for some after construction cleaning, taking advantage of their 1/2 off price for the first two cleanings. This is the third time they have been in. I am extremely pleased with their work and so happy to come home to a nice clean house.

My call was returned promptly and someone came over to give me an estimate. I was shocked at the sticker price, but was relieved to hear they honored the 50% off coupon in the Angie's List mag. I was still apprehensive since I am relatively new in town and the cost was still high for me. Once I checked around, however, I called back and set up an appointment. My house really needed the attention to detail the crew gave it. They were prompt, careful, thorough, had good supplies (that vacuum was amazing) and seemed happy with their job. I was delighted with their attention to detail and comfort level with the job. They asked for a tour and what I wanted. I gave them a tour and simply said, "I want it cleaned." Without any more questions (I was afraid to tell them about the inside of the microwave) they launched into action, sharing the work by splitting up into different rooms. When they were finished, I was so impressed. It smelled and looked so clean. Even the inside of the microwave!

We had a few problems finding a team that fit my expectations (I'm pretty picky), however, they were very responsive to my complaints and kept working with me until a better match was found. When I did complain, they wanted to know exactly what needed to be done better and discounted one cleaning and did not charge me at all for another. The cleaners are always on time and do a great job. While they do schedule far in advance, they will also try to accommodate any last minute changes.

When I scheduled to have someone come out to perform an estimate, someone answered the phone right away and they were accomodating to what would work for me to have Holly come out and do the estimate. The walkthrough was scheduled within a week. It did take the company 4 days to get back to me after the initial estimate to let me know what day they would be available for the first cleaning. A team of 2 people came out to the house and were scheduled by the main office for 3:30pm. The team showed up at 1:00. We were surprised to see them but it happened to be a more convenient time for us. We were pleased with the job that they did and we are to have the same team at every cleaning which is nice. They were efficient and courteous. We hope the level of service continues as time goes on.

They have come twice and I was really happy with the first clean and not as thrilled with the second clean. I will try them again to see if they do better with some feedback.

Had never used a cleaning service before but have been considering it because the cleaning never seems to get done with work and all the family activities going on. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and three kids and lot of neighbor kids hanging around all the time. Very friendly and thorough about what would be done and how much it would cost. The job they did was fantastic. We were a little embarrassed about the pet hair and dirty floors we have from all the kid traffic but they made everything look like new. We'll planning to schedule them regularly so the housecleaning doesn't get out of hand again.

I came home to a brilliantly clean house. They were prompt, efficient, and thorough. My dog sheds a lot, and they did an excellent job of removing all of the dog hair from all surfaces. My floor was cleaner than I had ever been able to clean it. The blinds were dust free, the window tracks were cleaned, The dirty shower was scum free! The tops of my kitchen cabinets were dust free, and I had never had those cleaned before. There are a lot of items on our countertops and they cleaned under and around everything. Overall, I was completely satisfied and would hire them again.

Maid for a Day performed a basic cleaning that did not meet my needs. I was dissatisfied with the following: The hardwood steps were swept but not mopped or otherwise washed. There were dirt marks left on them. The thorough dusting I requested was not done. There was dust left on the fireplace mantel, on the bookshelves in the den, and even on the dining room table. Certain areas such as the blades on the ceiling fans appeared to not have been cleaned at all. The back entryway was swept but not mopped or cleaned at all. Dirt spots that I had pointed out during the estimate were left untouched. Although the price was very good due to a 1/2 price discount for first time Angie's List users, the quality of the service did not meet my expectations.

They arrived early and were very fast and efficient. The house was very clean when they left - they did a much better job that I could have done in 3 hours! The price reflects the 50% discount given to Angie's List members.

A wonderful job was done. Everything now shines. They got in all the corners, including microwave, door panels and crevices. Holly came first to give the estimate. Everyone was punctual, cordial and very professional. Caroline came to get three cleaners started on the scheduled day. They worked nonstop for over three hours.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT! I'VE NEVER HAD CLEANING LADIES WHO WERE SO DETAILED AND COURTEOUS. IT'S ALWAYS NICE TO COME HOME TO A CLEAN HOME AND I CAN COUNT ON THEM. THEY CONTINUE TO EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY ARE PROMPT, FAST, COURTEOUS AND DO A SUPER JOB.
