Hi [Member name removed], Thanks for the review. I am glad we were able to work with you on the house and carpet cleaning at your home here in MN. We appreciate the trust you gave us to clean for you when you are out of state. I would like to explain that the invoice and receipt were in fact sent to you the day of cleaning, 9-1-2015 to the email you provided to us. On 9-6, a Sunday, I received an email again asking for the invoice. I replied right away, on a Sunday, that it was sent to you on 9-1 via QuickBooks, and that you should check your Spam folder in case it was filtered incorretly, but I would try sending it again. I then sent it that evening. On 9-8 I received another email from you asking that I send it to another email address that you provided to us and it was sent right away. You then confirmed you did receive it at the new email address you provided. I cannot say for certain why the first 2 times you did not receive the email,(technology is a great tool, and yet a stubborn one at times) but I would like our clients to know we do send invoices and receipts right away when requested. Dear members, We have reached out to this customer regarding this grade. The first thing to note is services were not performed at the home. Unfortunately CenturyLink has been having issues with the phone system and our voicemails. We had not received a voicemail from this customer, therefore I did not know they wanted to schedule a cleaning. We have an open ticket with CenturyLink for repairs and they are working dillegently to fix this. As a small business we rely on telephones for communications! We are a company that communicates very effectively with all of our customers and this setback because of CenturyLink is awful. We have reached out to the customer to schedule a date with her. She has let us know she will think about it, as she has another company looking to see if they can schedule her home. I have also asked she regrade us given that this is 100% CenturyLinks error. I do not often use the word fault, but CenturyLink is 100% at fault for this grade. We hope this customer will give us another chance, because if you read the other reports you can see this is not us. Thank you Carolyn and Holly

Description of Work: I broke my foot just after I lost my former house cleaning service. Maid for a Day swooped in and saved the day. The estimate was given quickly, and the help I needed was given just as quickly and with my schedule in mine. Now that my foot is better I continue to use them monthly for the deep clean.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job of cleaning! Two ladies did the cleaning. This was the first time at our home and they managed the large space and many knickknacks in our home. They were responsive to our wishes and desire for a few things to be done a bit differently. We are pleased and look forward to a wonderfully clean home to enjoy!! Description of Work: I am leaving feedback strictly on this provider's responsiveness. I initially called for an estimate, and they came out right away and gave us one. The cost was very competitive, but we decided not to have cleaning at all over the summer. I called in the fall to see if the estimate was still good, left a message, and never got a call back. I called again about a week later and talked to someone who was very nice, who said that the estimate was still good and did a really good job promoting the company; I was sold! But then a couple days later I called to schedule cleaning, left a message, and once again did not get a call back! Over a week later, still no call, so we are going with a different company, even though it costs quite a bit more. I was very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness.

One comment that we hear almost daily from our customers or even potential customers is, "Wow you called me back. The other companies have not called me back yet and it has been a few days." We pride ourselves on returning calls within 24-36 hours. We regret that in this instance this customer did not get a return call within that time, and as a result we lost a valuable lead and client. Mistakes are made as we are in fact human, and as Alexander Pope so graciously said, "To err is human, to forgive is divine." We have reached out to this individual and offered her our apology and did respect the fact that she was unwilling to change this report.
