+ -1 moreMark Van Patter is a man who knows the value of good communication with his clients. He is also a skilled construction manager and craftsman who knows what he is doing. I hired him to work with our plumbing contractor who we hired to replace our gravity warm air furnace and main sewer drain because the plumbers would not take responsibility for the structure of the house. Mark put in temporary support columns while the basement floor was being dug up. He used house jacks and framed a new load bearing wall to support a part of the house that had sagged. Mark built a new partition wall for our new laundry area and put on drywall and a new stair railing. Mark did more than we asked him to do because he knew it was the right way to do the job and he didn't charge us extra for it. He cleaned up after he was finished and was very responsive to any concern or question we had. He showed up when he said he would and always called before coming over to work.
Description of Work: Install new column footings and support columns for main carrying beam in basement of our 96 year old house. Build a partition wall for plumbing and electrical services for new laundry area.

+ -1 moreMARK HAS DONE SO MANY THINGS FOR MY HOME. HE IS GREAT. HIS SUBCONTRACTORS ARE GREAT. EVEN IF HE IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS, I WOULD USE HIM BECAUSE HE IS FABULOUS.
