Lowe's

went very well.They have the best people.Have ther own in house delivery people,not like home depot.

Started out great, loved the quality of materials and workmanship. It was VERY slow, and is still not "officially" complete since they didn't do a final walk-thru and are not responding to multiple requests for proof of warranties (appliances are supposed to have included a 5 yr warranty) and also to rebates they didn't send in. The project had to be paid 100% 2 months in advance and the rebates were not given because we never received receipts and they didn't actually install the appliances until 5 months later. I have repeatedly emailed Lowes in S St Paul, with replies basically saying people have left and someone else is handling this, but we NEVER heard back beyond this. VERY DISAPPOINTED in Lowe's and their lack of follow-up and standing behind their work and contract.

Scheduling was a problem and they did not have what we need in their stock. The worker that came to install the carpet were a joke. They said they will get the carpet from some other shop and ask the other crew to come put it in. They did not put the carpet in on the time they were suppose too so it cost be a lot of trouble. We like the carpet is fine but the installation is what I don't like. I called to complain but they did not responded good. If I had to rate the carpet for quality I would have rated "B" for quality. The carpet that I bought is what I had in my old house also. The store manager tried to make up but it was too late for that.

came the next day on time,and all went well. They have been our new sears,since sears dose not have good service anymore.

On the 13th we went to see Garvin at Lowe's. He helped us to get the right size, and we chose to have it delivered and installed. On the 14 Kelly called from Appl connection and set up a appt. for the 16th. On the 15th they called and said they would be out tomorrow. Came out on the 16th and all went well. VERY GOOD INSTALL AND SERVICE

The ability to see the product before it was installed made me go with Lowe's. The price that I paid was adequately correct.

We were waiting for half an hour and kept being told someone was on the way to help. Noone ever showed up, they said the appliance guy went home at 7, We left the store when 3 employees asked us to move out of the way so they could bring a pallet of gaterade by without asking us if we needed help. We will never go back!!

They were very helpful and clean. They had everything that I needed.

I got bids from 4 different places. Lowe’s was the cheapest but that could have been because of who I choose to get bids from. The reason that they had an edge was because they did not have to add tax for some reason. The people that I worked with were very pleasant and made an effort to connect with us, but at the same time they were very professional. They contracted it out to another company. When I find the name of that company I will add it. They scheduled with us and a large crew showed up and had all the windows installed in a day. The next day one man showed up to finish the wrap. They were timely and efficient. It was a good experience.

The delivery and installation was good and the price was very reasonable. There was a little problem that they resolved quickly. They were also very responsive, professional and efficient.

Jan. 19th; they delivered and took old one away. Lowes farmed the job out to a plumbing company. Everything went o.k., but one thing. He was not able to center the dishwasher, as he said the sink was in the way. We now have a big gap on one side and the other side is so flush that the cabinet door does not open all the way as it used to. Installer said he could not get it any better. Seems strange that the old one fit perfectly. Jan. 20th; Paul called from Lowes to see how the install went. Told him same and I will try to live with it, as the installer said he could not do anything about it. Paul said to call him if I have any problems. Jan. 21st; decided to call Paul at Lowes, as I inspected the install. I think the washer can be moved over so we have room to open the cabinet door better. Paul was off so I talked to Deb, his supervisor. She said she will set us up with a different installer. Jan. 26; called Lowes again, as I have not heard back from them. Got Deb again. Said she was sorry as she had talked with Paul, and he said everything was o.k. Deb will get ahold of installers and get back to me. Deb called back and said the plumbing company will be getting in touch with me with a different installer. Jan. 27; The plumbing company called and are coming out today. Troy found the same problem. We cannot fault the installers. Whirlpool (and some others) have made a ridge around thier wshers in the past years, that makes a tight install even tighter. Will look for that next time we purchase a dishwasher. Deb and Paul were very good to work with.
