The guys were absolutely as professional as anyone could hope for. They did get lost finding out apartment which was understandable since it isn't the easiest place to find. However, once they started, everything went pretty much like clockwork. We had many boxes of glass and crystal and I am happy to say that nothing was broken scratched or dented. The only thing that was surprising was that they charge for travel time to the first site and from the final site which tacks on an additional hour to your total time. We had moved with other companies and never got billed this way. So although we were surprised, expect this. This is the reason for the B in price. I would recommend them however, because everything else went so well.

They guys did a nice job, professional, worked hard and coordinated a long haul, packed the night before and arrived right on time in Duluth. Chris was great to work with, always responsive and followed through faithfully.

Andy, Jeff, & Robin arrived promptly at 8:30a.m., as expected and they went to work right away. They were efficient, polite, and extremely good-natured, especially since they had to move me out of my second floor apartment and the building had no elevator. They really made this move easy with their quick work and their good sense of humor. I would recommend Lovelette and especially these three gentlemen anytime to anybody looking for help moving. They were a pleasure to work with and the final time & cost was well below the estimate I received.

It went very, very smoothly. They had some free time, so they called to see if they could come early. This allowed us to move in a whole day ahead of schedule! They were fast, professional, friendly, and very careful with our items. They handled difficult pieces with ease, large sofa beds moved to the second floor, king beds, etc. The movers were very experienced (the "newest" guy had been at the company for seven years).

The guys were fantastic. They were quick, but careful. I felt that my belongings were safe.

They showed up on time, were careful with our stuff, were cheerful and friendly, and worked very efficiently. They brought wardrobe boxes for us to use. Excellent moving experience.

They were fine. They were punctual, and everything was in fine shape.

My wife and I decided to hire movers to move the furniture which included a piano, sofa, chairs, dining room set, and 100-year-old heirloom dinette with non-replaceable glass doors. These guys did the move on one day notice. They were careful, polite, and very easy to work with.

The crew was punctual and very professional, helpful, and friendly. They were careful with our stuff and made a point of ensuring that they put things where we wanted them. They even asked at the end of the day if we wanted anything moved. We had a lot of heavy furniture and two levels in the new house and they handled it all. A bit spendier than I expected and I did not know that we would be paying for the hour lunch break and drive time which added 2.5 hours to our overall bill.

Lovelette moved most of our belongings (we left some furniture behind to show the condo which is still for sale). They were very professional, on time and careful with the furniture. Nothing was damaged. They were friendly and polite. They were willing to re-move furniture around if we didn't like where it was placed. The actual cost came in quite a bit lower than their estimate (estimated $700-900 and it was $600).

The Lovelette team was absolutely great from start to finish. My soon-to-be-ex-husband had chosen not to be there the day of the move, and so I was really on my own - and overwhelmed by the enormity of the task at hand, even though I'd been planning and packing for weeks. They showed up on time, were very careful with all of my possessions, loaned me some spare boxes for my last minute stuff, and generally took care of me. At one point, I said to one of the movers "You are too kind to me" and he replied that this is how they do their jobs and nothing was out of the ordinary from their perspective. It was a long, hot day (nearly 11 hours of moving time!) but they left here with smiles on their faces and told me that they really appreciated my business, and to please call them if any issues came up while unpacking. I would use them again, (but hopefully not too soon!)and highly recommend them to anyone who needs movers.

Lovelette was on time and treated both homes with extreme care. Neither home received so much as a dent in their walls. Our new home's driveway was an absolute muck pit, but Lovelette was so meticulous that I don't think one speck of dirt was brought into our home by them. The men had pride in their work and had truly enjoyable personalities. I was more than pleased by the experience - Lovelette absolutely exceeded my expectations. This is rare in business today, but was so much appreciated. Moving a family of 5 is stressful, but we were able to relax even during the move because we were treated so well by Lovelette.

They were very friendly. They were on time and were accurate with the estimate compared to the final cost.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH LOVELETTE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE'VE USED THEM. THE MEN ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, FRIENDLY, & VERY CAREFUL. THEY ARE THE BEST.

This team was wonderful to work with and they were excellent workers. They moved some very heavy furniture and were quick, careful and very pleasant to work with. They did all this work in about 6 hours. My only concern was the pressure to tip more. I gave them $50 each and LeRoy was pushing for $100 each.

FIRST OF ALL, I CAN'T IMAGINE NOT USING HIRED MOVERS. FOR MY FIRST FEW MOVES, I ALWAYS RENTED A TRUCK AND BRIBED FRIENDS TO HELP. USING LOVELETTE, I MAYBE SPENT TWICE AS MUCH AS IF I'D SIMPLY RENTED A TRUCK, BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH THE COST TO HAVE HIRED MOVERS MOVE, LOAD, AND TRANSPORT ALL OF OUR STUFF. I'LL ALWAYS HIRE A MOVING COMPANY FROM NOW ON. LOVELETTE DID A FINE JOB. THEY WERE HARD WORKERS AND DIDN'T TIRE OR WORK SLOWLY. THEY SHOWED UP ABOUT 45-60 MINUTES LATER THAN SCHEDULED, BUT OTHERWISE WORKED HARD AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY PACKED WELL AND BESIDES ONE BROKEN LAMP (WHICH THEY REIMBURSED) THERE WAS LITTLE DAMAGE TO ANYTHING. IN THE NEW HOUSE, THERE WERE A COUPLE ESPECIALLY CHALLENGING MOVES THAT THEY COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY, SUCH AS AN ENTERTAINMENT CENTER UP THREE FLIGHTS WITH TIGHT STAIRS AND CORNERS. ALL IN ALL, I'D CERTAINLY CONSIDER USING THEM AGAIN.

THE GUYS DOING THE WORK (3 ON EACH CREW) WERE VERY HARD WORKERS AND VERY POLITE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN APPROXIMATELY 7 HOURS TOTAL, WHICH WAS JUST A LITTLE OVER THE ESTIMATE. I DID HAVE A BEEF WITH THE OVERALL PROCESS, HOWEVER. ON MOVING DAY THE MOVERS TOLD ME THAT THE TRUCK WAS PROBABLY TOO SMALL (THE ESTIMATOR HAD PREVIOUSLY COME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE SO THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AN ISSUE.) I CALLED AND SPOKE TO CHRIS WHO TOLD ME THAT THE TRUCK SHOULD BE BIG ENOUGH AND THAT THEY ONLY HAVE ONE SIZE OF TRUCK (WHICH IS AN OUTRIGHT LIE AS I HAVE WORKED WITH THEM IN SOME COMMERCIAL MOVES.) OF COURSE THE TRUCK WAS ABOUT 6 FEET TOO SHORT, AND THEY MOVED AS MUCH AS THEY COULD. THEY WERE WILLING TO MAKE A SECOND TRIP, BUT THEY CHARGE FOR TRAVEL TIME. I DECIDED NOT TO PAY THE EXTRA AND HIRED A U-HAUL TO MOVE THE REMAINDER OF MY STUFF MYSELF. IF I WORKED WITH THEM AGAIN I WOULD ENSURE THAT THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS IS CLEAR.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS. SCRATCHES AND DINGS ON FURNITURE - NEVER REPAIRED, BANGED CORNERS OF WALLS CHIPPING PAINT, BANGED THINGS ON WOOD FLOOR, MISSED PACKING SOME CUPBOARDS, PUT UNOPENED PEPSI CAN IN ICE MAKER WHICH EXPLODED AND MADE A MESS, STACKED FURNITURE IN TRUCK WITHOUT ADEQUATE PROTECTION. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

THESE GUYS SEEM TO BE PERFECT ALL ALONG THE WAY. FROM THE FIRST TIME WE CALLED TO REQUEST AN ESTIMATE TO THE MOMENT THEY LEFT OUR DRIVEWAY, WE HAD A REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE FINAL BILL WAS WITHIN THE ESTIMATE THAT WAS PROVIDED AND EVERYONE THAT WORKS FOR LOVELETTE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND GOOD-NATURED. COMPARED TO EXPERIENCES I'VE HAD IN THE PAST, I WAS ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE PERSONAL QUALITIES OF THE MOVERS THEMSELVES. THESE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB AND REALLY WORKED HARD. I'M VERY PLEASED WITH THE DECISION WE MADE TO USE LOVELETTE.

ALL THE PEOPLE WE DEALT WITH AT LOVELETTE WERE GREAT. WE GOT A PROMPT IN-HOUSE ESTIMATE, GOOD ADVICE ON PACKING AND THINGS WE SHOULD MOVE OURSELVES AND A QUOTE THAT WAS RIGHT IN LINE WITH OTHER MOVERS. THE ACTUAL MOVE WAS FANTASTIC. FOUR MEN SHOWED UP, LOADED EVERYTHING IN ABOUT TWO HOURS AND UNLOADED EVERYTHING IN ANOTHER TWO. NO DAMAGE WHATSOEVER AND, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THEY CAME IN WELL UNDER THE QUOTE. I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE MOVING IN THE METRO AREA.
