+ -1 morePaul Neseth did not pay attention to detail, and made designed elements that would either not fit or were not practical.
Description of Work: We needed an architect to help with construction drawings for a home remodel. The home had 3 floors and was to be gutted down to the studs. Numerous mistakes were made on the drawings and had to be redone. From the master bath to windows and stairways, it was a mess.

+ -1 morePERHAPS THE MOST TELLING COMMENT IS THAT WE ARE STILL FRIENDS WITH THE ARCHITECT, WYNNE YELLAND AND HIS FAMILY AS WELL AS BOB ALF, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR (NOW ON HIS OWN). THE WHOLE LOCUS TEAM WAS A PLEASURE - CONSCIENTIOUS, TIDY, HARD-WORKING, EAGER TO DO THINGS WELL. MUCH MATERIAL WAS REUSED AND RECYCLED.
Description of Work: LOCUS DESIGNED AND BUILT A BUNGALOW RENOVATION AND ADDITION. ONE UPSTAIRS BEDROOM WAS DRAMATICALLY EXPANDED, A NEW BATHROOM, AND NEW BEDROOM WERE ADDED. THE KITCHEN WAS EXPANDED AND A HALF BATH WAS RELOCATED. KNEEWALL SPACES WERE MADE ACCESSIBLE, LIGHTED, INSULATED AND MADE USEFUL FOR STORAGE. BEST OF ALL, A NEW SCREENED PORCH WAS BUILT - VERY COOL DESIGN, AND WE LOVE SPENDING SUMMER DAYS AND EVENINGS THERE.
