+ -1 moreThis was a great experience! Dan responded right away to my initial email and we were able to quickly set up a time to meet. He looked at our list and offered different options for approaching the projects, depending on how much we wanted to spend and what our ultimate goal was. He provided an estimate in a timely manner. When it came time to schedule the work, he was flexible and always called to confirm he was coming and/or if something had changed and he needed to reschedule. He was very good about explaining what he was doing, especially if he ran into any snags. He cleaned up thoroughly after every visit. We were really happy with the quality of the work and would most definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: We had a laundry list of handyman items for Dan to complete including fixing the leaking kitchen faucet, repairing the closer on our storm door, installing a shelf in the bathroom, putting a threshold down between two rooms, repairing flooring around a kitchen cabinet and replacing/repairing baseboard and trim and the associated painting.

+ 1 moreDan provided a detailed estimate after a complete walkthrough of both rooms and his review of the damaged ceilings. He explained in great detail how the work/services would be performed and completed the project on-time. Dan is very professional and delivers A+ service. I highly recommend Dan
Description of Work: Prepared (sectioned off with plastic) areas within living room and bedroom to remove areas of water damaged ceilings. Removed sections of water damaged ceilings in living room and bedroom and replaced (tape, plaster and re-sheetrock) as necessary. Covered (patched) imperfections in ceiling areas, as necessary. Prepared (taped) crown molding in living room and bedroom and painted, in entirety, the newly replaced ceilings. Complete clean-up.
