Very well. Jerry was at our house about 1 hour after we called. He had a real problem solving attitude, which is always necessary in an old house. He was personable and professional, and he did a great job!

It seems to be fine. I think they are expensive for a plumber. I have used them several times over the years. They charge an hourly fee, so I think it is a minimum of $125. I think their service is fine, I just think they are expensive.

Very well! Dave offered to make the repair using either flexible pipe or to replace our vintage pipes with some that looked similar. We chose the latter, and he went to the store and bought the pipes. He put on shut-off valves, flushed the sediment out of the supply pipes, replaced the pipes, and changed both faucet washers. He was personable, professional and did a good job.

My setup under the sink had issues which was causing an odor buildup; he quickly fixed it. He did the rotorooter (sp?) of our basement drain. This was a couple of months ago already; we have had no further issues. Super nice guy; very professional.

We were able to get service on the day that worked for our schedule. I will note that they did offer same day service, our schedules just didn't permit it. The plumber called (as stated when we scheduled the service) about 20 minutes before he arrived. The water line was replaced efficiently and all connections were verified. They are knowledgeable, professional, efficient and we found that their charges were very competitive. This is the second time that we have used this company and I would highly recommend them.

Jerry the Levahn's plumber was very conscientious, he did a good job. He replaced the existing water heater with a Rheem water heater with a 6 year warranty. He also corrected some piping problems around the water heater but he made certain I was charged for for that, fair enough. Later, after the water heater installation, I called another plumber to do some warranty work on a toilet installation, and he informed me that the Rheem water heater installation warranty could have had a longer warranty at a slight extra cost by installing an additional anode rod atthe inlet at the time of installation. Installing that extra anode rod later after installation became cost ineffective because of the inefficiency of an extra trip charge. Nice, thanks guys. After the fact I realized that the city requires a permit for a water heater installation so I contacted Jerry at Levahn's and had them pull a permit and we had the inspection. The inspection went good no problem. I told Jerry that I was willing to pay the city fee, no problem, I fully understand the need for them to charge me for that, just bill me. They did bill me which I was and am cool with. but when I called Levahn's to pay my bill for the inspection fee, Mr. Levahn was very grouchy and short with me, treated me like dirt. Was a yerk. Needless to say, apparently Levahn does not understand that there are many choices for the plumbers that I hire and they just went to the bottom of the list. I don't mind funding you business but I expect respect and graciousness, so you just lost a customer.

LeVahn provided same day service, which we had asked for. The plumber called before he arrived. He was very knowledgable and improved the installation details of the pump as well as replacing the check valve. The work took less than an hour, and the price was very reasonable.

dave did an excellant job on all phases of this job. work was top notch all the way around. I took him downstairs and showed him what i needed done and left him to his work. installations were well done.

It went very well. Jerry arrived within 24 hours of our call. He was professional and cordial. He did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. We will definitely use the company again.

They are very helpful, professional and offer great advice. They explain how to do plumbing repairs. I stop down there just about every week to buy something for a house repair. I highly recommend them.

They are really great. They have a store that is plumbing oriented; I can go here for any kind of plumbing issues. When I've called them to the house, they were friendly and on time. I was impressed that he didn't charge me for coming out to look at my drain. It's a very "mom & pop" feel. They're my go-to plumbers!

We have had good luck with them and they have always done a good job for us. They have a hardware store and also, do plumbing work. They could not do anything because, there was snow and you cannot fix a hole in a copper pipe. I fixed the leak myself. They came out 6 weeks later. They came out when they said they would. I thought that they were quite responsive and new what they were doing. They were both very competent. They did not take a chance on breaking them. Their first travel fee was a little high. I only had to pay that once. They replaced the meter horn.

They installed a new natural gas line for my new dryer. The plumber did a very good job.

They responded very well on a Saturday to my problem. They could not get a replacement water horn until the city office was open so he made a temp repair which allowed me to turn my water back on. They returned with the new water horn and installed it very quickly. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with their work but the labor charges seemed high to me.

Serviced snow-thrower for winter. Timely, courteous, routine service -- nothing too challenging. Got it done when they said they would. Convenient spot out front to load & unload. Helped me load machine in SUV without being asked.

When we moved into a new house, there were some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed immediately due to requirements by our homeowners insurance. We used LeVahn Brothers to take care of the required repairs/updates and some additional updates as well. All issues were addressed with a common sense approach and excellent communication. Craig and Jerry were kind, efficient, and professional. We felt confident in their services, and we appreciate the time that they took to get the job done right. I have two small children, and the plumbers treated them with kindness and respect as well, which was above and beyond the call of duty. We would not hesitate to use LeVahn Brothers again in the future.

PLUMBER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND CALLED BEFORE ARRIVING. DID THE INSTALL QUICKLY AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN FOR PLUMBING WORK.
