LEMIEUX CONSTRUCTION

I used Lemieux Construction on three residential sites. In all cases his crew replaced the asphalt shingles, repaired and replaced the gutters, siding, and fascia. They showed as promised, completed the work quickly, were experts in folding the metal for windows, facings and fascia. They cleaned up all nails and debris. Trustworthy, friendly, adaptable to changes, expert are words describing my experience.

Dale is reliable and hard working, and he really knows what he is doing. He is also very personable, making it a pleasure to have him around as he works on the house.

THEY SAID THEY WOULD MOST LIKELY GO UNDER THE BLVD. THEY ENDED UP NEEDING TO TAKE OUT THE BLVD AND CURB TO REPLACE THE LINE WHICH WAS FINE BUT THEY DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS WAS DIFFERENT THEN WHAT THEY HAD ORIGINALLY TOLD US. THEY FINISHED ON A FRIDAY, LEFT A HUGE MESS IN THE STREET AND BLVD WITH CHUNKS OF CONCRETE AND TREE ROOTS. THEY ALSO LEFT STREET BARICADES IN THE STREET IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE INDICATING THAT THE WORK WAS NOT DONE. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, 2 WEEKS LATER, I HAD TO EVENTUALLY GET THE SUPERVISING CITY INSPECTOR INVOLVED WITH THE SITUATION BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT FINISH THE JOB. IT WAS TERRIBLE IN ORDER TO GET HIM TO COME BACK AND FINISH THE JOB. I WOULD GET IT IN WRITING EXACTLY HOW AND WHEN THE JOB SHOULD BE FINISHED. MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING THAT THEY WILL CLEAN UP AND RE-SEED THE BLVD--WHICH IS REQUIRED BY THE CITY. JASON IS NEW TO THE BUSINESS AND INEXPERIENCED IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS, BE CAREFUL.
