Quality company that does good work. Came in under budget. Only negative is communication lacked at times.

Excellent. It was timely and professional. Worked with Brandon who followed us through every step. Great customer service. Workers were efficient, and respectful of people, pets and property.

The whole process was amazing. The associates at Legacy Restoration were great to work with. They walked us through the entire process and what happens if your approved or denied through insurance. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with.

After hearing a lot of radio commercials about shady roofing businesses I I was VERY apprehensive when I first got a cold call from Legacy Restoration. However, the fact that many of my neighbors had hired them set my mind at ease. The professionalism of the entire organization, and especially the service rep who worked with us, Tim Farrand, actually made the entire process enjoyable! Tim was such a trooper! He and I actually signed the initial paperwork outside in my driveway, swatting at mosquitoes just so there was no risk of waking my two toddlers. Due to the rain there were two reschedulings. But when they got to work, the work was done quickly, on time and after the job was done there was little to no evidence that they had been working on our house! Any time I had a question or a problem I was able to either call or text someone with the certainty that I would receive a prompt response. Even a week or two after the work had been done they had someone come out and clean up a mess that I had previously overlooked. The best part of the experience, though, was their willingness to get the job done. Even though they weren't replacing any of my home's siding they had a subcontractor come out and reattach a length of vinyl siding that had blown off, preventing any additional weather damage to the house If you hire Legacy Restoration, you will NOT be disappointed with the results!!

Less than three weeks from first Contact to complete a job. I was completely satisfied from the salesman to the field superintendent to the work Crews. What pleased me the most is the way they protected our Shrubbery decks and the cleanup was perfect I highly recommend them

I am a new home owner so still learning the ropes a bit. Legacy Restoration, and my personal estimator Trent Evanson, helped me every step of the way from calling in my insurance claim to getting the final bill adjusted. I felt like I hardly had to do anything! Amazing crew came out and completed my the project so quickly and left no trace that they were even here, not a single nail found on the ground. Amazing roof and amazing customer service, whether it’s a small job or large they treat you like their #1 client. Will be recommending them to family and friends!

All work was done in an excellent manner. Jobsite was left in better condition than before the work started.

Had storm damage from hail and Legacy came around and offered to look at my roof. I worked with Leif. At first my adjuster claimed there was not a hail storm on the day I told them there was, but when he got back to his office they acknowledged the storm and the damage. Legacy came and installed a new roof, gutters and vents on the roof. They worked with me through my adjuster who made some math errors on their payments to me (I was owed $800 so I could contract out other pieces of work myself). They are reputable and do fantastic work. When they were done I noticed that they accidently put a hole in a piece of siding and they had a person who went to four or five different places until he found a perfect match on my discontinued siding. I would absolutely use them again!

The whole thing went very well. Service representative Branden Topel did a good job explaining what to expect. He also worked well with the insurance adjuster to make sure the job was covered by my homeowners insurance. The roofing work went well and the new roof looks great. About a week after the work was done I noticed a small issue. After calling Legacy the issue was taken care of the next day.

Legacy Restoration LLC was tremendous to work with during the tear-off of old shingles, installation of new shingles, Gutter Helmet installation and new siding installation. Karen Clarey, Claire Palmer, and Branden Topel were all friendly and very professional in handling this project. Branden was exceptional in making us aware of recent hail damage and working with our insurance company to ensure us getting a top quality restoration, and completion on time.

The communication was outstanding. The company worked directly with my insurance and kept me informed through the process. I was informed with the project would begin and be completed and everything went like clockwork. The cleanup and followthrough was outstanding.

At first the service was great. Four months after ordering the siding it arrived with little communication. The job was not done well - exposed house under siding, broken deck pieces, took a saw to our porch, pieces not lined up. Two different crews came to do the work - neither did well. Eventually, 99% of the job was completed but it was a horrible process. We also found out many months after the roof was done that one of the pieces was ordered wrong so it wasn't replaced, the old was put back up. This was not communicated. I know many have good experiences with this company, but we will never hire them again.

Great company to work with. I would definitely use them again. Very professional. The job was done when quoted. They were easy to reach and calls were returned promptly. NO MESS LEFT BEHIND! :)

Every single person that we worked with at Legacy Restoration was a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, friendly. They knew what they were doing from start to finish including the challenges of working through some tough issues with the insurance company to the actual completion of the work. There was a slight manufacturing issue with one of our windows near the end of the project and the Legacy team kept on that until it was successfully resolved. I highly recommend them (Joey M. was our rep) and in fact several of our neighbors also ended up using them after us.

We worked on a roof storm claim with Joey, this claim had a lot of hopes and complexity in the damage. Joey left no stone unturned and made the process a breeze. They understood all of the insurance deadlines and made sure to hit all dates required, as well as walk me through every step of the process. It was an amazing experience, I highly recommend it!

Legacy Restoration's Service Representative, Justin Wenzel, happened to knock on my door after a hail storm hit my area. I decided to let him check out the roof even though I was sure there would be no repairs needed. Justin showed me pictures on his phone of the roof damage, met with the insurance adjuster and set the repair process in motion. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very happy to explain every step of the process as it went along. The job was completed in 1 day from shingle removal through clean up. I appreciated that the people I dealt with from Legacy Restoration made the process painless for me.

We are EXTREMELY satisfied with Legacy Restoration. Literally EVERY person we dealt with at Legacy was outstanding...Andrew Ekman (our salesperson), Kris Donovan (Field Supervisor), the installation team, and Rob (their inspector after the installation). We had some problems with our insurance company and Andrew and Kris were diligent in getting them to approve our hail damage claim. The installation teams workmanship was terrific...they worked 12 hrs to complete our roof in one day. The team worked very hard at protecting the yard and landscaping as well as picking up the nails and debris. We have had other contractors work on our home and none of them compared to the outstanding quality and customer service of Legacy Restoration. We HIGHLY recommend them work on your home

Legacy's representative was very professional, friendly, and answered all our questions. He followed up after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied. The laborers who did the job, were friendly, professional, and very neat. We would definitely recommend them to our friends!
