Forgot top attach the dishwasher hose to the garbage disposal unit. When my wife turned on the dishwasher, water started running onto the floor. Called Lee up, he came over the next morning to attach the hose. Apologized but didn't offer any monitory compensation. Sure wish he would have attached that hose the first time.

I'm happily looking at the new exhaust system in my kitchen. Lee and Mark were courteous and cleaned as they worked. Lee is easy to talk to and offers ideas without pressuring sales tactics. I'll be asking for his services for cabinetry in the future.
