LCS Construction Services LLC

We are very happy with the work that Charles and his team did on the house. This was our first experience with any sort of remodel, so per advisement from friends who had undergone remodels with other contractors, we expected various delays or extensions to the original timeline. While some of the delays seemed to be due to minor miscommunications with his team, for the most part, we had the flexibility and understood the situations - which were often due to weather. We were happy to see progress very frequently during the 3 or so month period, and Charlie kept us apprised of everything, with fairly frequent calls or meetings at the house, with questions or updates. LCS was very professional, every step of the way, and we were pleased to trust them with this work on our house. We are now spending more time in that basement; the additional bathroom; warm, comfy tv room; and far more functional office are excellent quality-of-life improvements to our beloved house. Updating the hot & cold water lines in, adding an outdoor electrical outlet, and adding some downstairs closet space were great suggestions, as well.

He was incredibly thorough, asked great questions, and was very kind in teaching us things we needed to know to help make decisions. He both listened to our ideas and was able to suggest great new creative designs based on our overall goals, that we had not considered. He was able to give us a rough estimate for things very quickly so that our discussions were incredibly helpful and informative throughout. The house ended up being caught in bank-related limbo so we did not go through with the work but would definitely use and/or recommend Charlie in a heartbeat.

Charlie did an awesome job on our basement remodel. We wanted to squeeze in a sauna into an already cramped area, and Charlie provided the creativity and design services that made it work beautifully. Throughout the process, he kept us informed of architectural and design possibilities, which, especially with a remodel, is VERY important. We have and will continue to hire LCS Construction Services for our home improvement projects.
