Description of Work: Promptly arrived to provide an estimate for the roofing job. Gave a competitive bid. Never showed up with shingle samples as promised and did not call. After being contacted, agreed to bring the samples within two hours. Did not show up and did not call.

+ -1 moreWe just bought a house with two huge egress window wells that were made from 1' x 1' x 8' timber. The window well itself was not to code and the wood was completely rotted. It was a mess. I called Carlos. He came out that day and gave me an estimate. About a week later his crew came out and replaced the egress windows.
Description of Work: Carlos and his crew removed 2 old/rotted wood egress window wells (8' long x 2' wide x 4' deep) and replaced them with retaining wall blocks that met city code.
