Everything went very well.

I bought a foreclosure and dogs had chewed holes in walls along with a 2 car garage that needed storage structures removed, drywall repaired and replaced. Dennis made the whole area look great. He's very experienced and does high quality work. He is fun and creative to work with.

I recently had Dennis in to provide me with a quote to complete the taping and mudding of my basement finishing project. From some of the responses I got from other vendors, the job was somewhat of a difficult job due to different ceiling heights, many angles and corners as well as the fact that I did the drywall installation myself ,and I most definitely am not a professional. Dennis was no different, he too thought the job was somewhat difficult but had no issues with wanting to take it on. Within a day or two, he came back to me with a very reasonable price and I ultimately hired him to complete the work. He did a very good job at communicating to me when he would be doing the work and when he would be complete. He was punctual and was never in the way of my family. The final job was is very professional looking and we are extremely happy with the final product. If the need comes up, I would definitely hire Dennis again and I would recommend his services to anyone who needs them.

They are close to my house. They are a smaller shop and I liked a couple of people there. Our house was built in 1911 and I preferred someone who is used to working on older homes. The people who are close are used to our types of houses. They seemed professional and competent. He showed up on time and gave me a quote promptly. He seemed like he was very familiar with the work. I am considering them for the work.

After searching on Angies List, I emailed Landeen Drywall requesting an estimate. That same evening, Dennis called and said he could give me an estimate that evening. He arrived 20 minutes later. I told him I wanted the popcorn ceiling removed in our living room. He took a look, and recommended we also do the dining room, since you can see right through the house (through these 2 rooms). I asked him to give me an estimate on both. He called me the next morning, gave me an estimate of $875 plus material. He said he'd call in a couple of days and let me know if he would start the following Wed or Thur. He started on Thur, 3/24, arrived in the morning when he said he would arrive. Came back on Friday and Saturday, and finished on Monday. He said it would take 4 days, and it took 3 1/2 days. He was professional, did what he said, when he said he would. I highly recommend him. He explained everything, cleaned up when finished each day. We are extremely pleased with the results. We will be having him come back to do the remaining rooms in the Fall. The 2 ceilings he did look like glass....perfect!!

The owner set an appointment the next day and was able to schedule me in same week. However, his bid came in 40% higher than the company that I went with.

Dennis did a great job. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.

The project went well from beginning to end. We are very happy with the quality of work, the speed at which it was done, the attention to detail paid. Dennis was reliable (he worked when he said he would work and finished when he said he would). Dennis was courteous, efficient, skilled, and organized. He completed the job with a minimum of mess. He truly knows his trade. Our newly done ceilings are very smooth. We had high expectations, and they were met.

Perfectly!!!! He was awesome, extremely professional. Answered all my questions so I could understand them. He also was very creative. Will surely use him again. Very detailed in his work. He went over and above his estimate, doing extra work that was not included in the bid.

Dennis works like an artist. Gives great advice and has excellent attention to detail. I was so concerned about having the cathedral ceiling scraped while living in the house. I was planning on being out for a couple of weeks and have Dennis do it then. But he assured me he can keep the dust to a minimum because of how he works and he did. He's also a very quick seasoned professional. And a lot of fun.

Overall good. Price was very fair, nice work, nice to have him around. Nice guy.

Mr. Landeen arrived promptly, he patched and resprayed my ceiling matching textures perfectly. He also built a pass through with a breakfast bar in a wall that had seperated my kitchen from the dining room. He created a pattern for the top of the pass through by measuring the existing archways between the living room and dining room which makes it look as if it had always been there, and creates a beautiful flow to my home. The counter top is beautiful and functional. Mr. Landeen gave me a very reasonable bid, arrived promptly, kept dust cleaned up constantly, and cleaned very thoroughly when finished. I could tell that he loves his work, takes great pride in it and is a true professional.
