Very well. The problem was a piece of rubber was blocking the flow of hot water into the bathtub. The piece of rubber came from the work of a previous plumber who was hired to fix a pipe leak in the bathroom. The plumber was friendly, punctual, efficient, and professional. I was very satisfied with the service, the cost, and the manner the service was performed.

The work he did was good, and he came on time. Their price was right, and they were very easy to work with.

I tried calling this person on two different occasions a few months apart to get an estimate on replacing a water heater. In each case I reached a voice mailbox. In the first case he finally returned the call about 10 days later and said that he had somehow missed the call. His over-the-phone estimate was good, but I had already contracted with someone else. The second time he never returned the call at all. He may do good work at a fair price, but I'll never know.

They are very hard workers. They do their job well and come in and get the job done. They are punctual and they call if they are going to be late. I would recommend them and use them again. He does work for my friends and he is very knowledgeable.
