LAKE COUNTRY FLOOR SANDING

We used Lake Country to refinish our floors in 2007 and were very satisfied with the work. We hired them this time to refinish our existing hardwood and to install hardwood in our dining room and living room, which had previously been carpeted. This required a two stage process, as furniture had to be moved around to accommodate the work. This was no problem, as he was more than willing to work within our schedule to minimize the disruption. The process used is less dusty and smelly than a typical hardwood refinishing and you can walk on the floors sooner. We are very, very pleased with the results and have received lots of compliments from our friends and family about how beautiful our floors look. Lake Country is very easy to work with and extremely professional. The final product was better than we imagined. For a one-man operation he does incredible work! I'd use Lake Country again and will recommend him to my friends who need hardwood sanding or installation.

The floors were in pretty rough shape and several boards were broken with years of use. I was skeptical that the results would be worth the trouble of doing the project but decided to go ahead and hire them. The results are absolutely astonishing! the floors look fantastic. The guys at Lake Country sanded, re-stained and fixed the broken boards so well I can not even find where the problem areas were. Super nice guys and one of the best quality floor jobs I have seen. Also very reasonable prices (better than some of the other estimates we got.) Highly recommended.
