Truly a nightmare experience for a first time buyer. My Realtor multiple times lied to me and mislead me to try and make an easy commission. The guy is truly a scumbag and I hope no one else has to deal with that again. I've since got a new realtor and would reccomend no one deal with this company ever.

Jane Farm is a credit to Kris Lindahl Real Estate and a model of what a realtor should be. She was knowledgeable and more than helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our new property. We were working from a distance to find a second home and despite that, Jane did an extraordinary job of keeping us in the loop. She never hesitated to conference with us via email and phone and answer all of our questions. We had many homes that we wanted to see, and she created an efficient schedule so we could see everything we wanted in one day. It is my pleasure to report about my experience last year in searching for a house. My husband and I were fortunate to have had Angela Stroh recommended to us. Once we contacted her, she immediately began to understand our preference and needs and recommended many properties that we considered. She was very patient with us since it proved difficult for us to find a place we really liked. We were living 100+ miles away and she would even check out properties for us to let us know if it would be worth a trip over to take a look. We always felt that she had our best interest at heart and encouraged us to not settle on something we did not completely like. When we finally chose a place, she was very helpful in getting inspections done preparing for the closing. After we closed she continued and continues to be available to help and advise about contractors needed. She is current with knowing inventory and up to date with regulations. She has great connections and was able to help us with scheduling survey, home inspection and closing. She gave great advice during the negotiation process and was able to get some items included in the sale that were not already included. She is our go-to realtor as we also acquire high-quality rentals to build out our real estate portfolio.

From the very beginning, Ben Stenberg provided exceptional service. The same day our home was listed, offers were made. A month later, we closed. Sellers should know that because Ben has years of experience with all aspects of real estate you will immediately have a huge advantage over the competition when similar homes are listed for sale. Good communication and a willingness to help — Ben regularly checked in with us and provided pertinent details but most importantly, he was willing to go the extra mile to make certain the entire selling process went smoothly. We contacted Kris Lindahl Real Estate based on a friend’s recommendation. We had the pleasure of working with Joe Worrells. Joe is not only professional but an extremely hard worker.
