Small individually owned company specializing in home renovations while respecting the home and land. Low overhead and few employees allows me the chance to really get to know the customer and provide you with the finish project that you have always dreamed of.

Services we offer

We can complete jobs in many different aspects of your home. Our landscape services include outdoor kitchens, patios, decks, tree plantings, decks, pergolas, gazebos, fences and many more. Indoors we can do windows, doors, ceramic and stone flooring, wood flooring, cabinet install, faucets, sinks, and general handyman repairs. We will help you finally finish your honey-do list.

Errik was fantastic. I was referred to him by some friends. I called him to replace 2 sink fixtures and 2 light fixtures before a party. I ended up having him help me out with the rest of my "to-do" list. He noticed that the molding in our kitchen was loose and offered to nail it down since he had his nail gun with him. He worked quickly and did a great job on everything I asked him to do. Errik was professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. He is very reasonably priced. I have already hired him back to assist with some other house projects.
Description of Work: Errik replaced 2 sink fixtures, 2 light fixtures,install a towel bar, nailed down some loose molding, removed 2 closet doors, installed a curtain rod, removed and replaced our house numbers, and change our door locks.

Errik was great at communicating with me to find out what I needed done. He did a quick and great job at everything he was hired to do. In addition, he saw that my storm door needed fixing, and took care of this, all in the original quoted price. He is someone I will definitely be hiring again!
Description of Work: Errik Koening was hired to fix a kitchen drawer, a cabinet, and do some caulking around my bathroom. In addition, he ended up repairing my storm door.
