Wow! Our 20+ year old cabinets look as good as when new. Steve did a great job, knew how to color match, no mess, and was very professional. We are particularly pleased that the grain of the wood still shows nicely. We recommend Steve and his restoration process.

DOur kitchen cabinets are about 20 years old so they needed some attention. They are good quality so we were looking for a way to keep them. We considered replacing just the doors and we also gave some thought to a completely new kitchen. Then we heard of Steve LaRose and Kitchen TuneUp. Steve explained his procedures and the process that he uses very thoroughly and answered all of our questions. We engaged his services and the proof is in the pudding. The cabinets are striking and beautifully restored. We added new handles and several roll our shelves. We are extremely pleased. Steve is a true professional and a delight to work with

They were very confident, professional, and they explained everything very well. They also had good ideas for my kitchen. We didn't end up using them because another company had a better price.

The owner (i can't remember his name as it has been several months) was great-very nice, on time, excellent work, and I was very pleased with the outcome! My only complaint is that a younger man helped with the upstairs work and he did not clean up after himself very well at all-new stain got on the counter and I had to go at it with a razor blade to clean up all of the edges. I would use this company again, but would make sure I observe at cleanup time if their is an assistant on the job.

We were getting our house ready to be put up for sale and the biggest problem was our kitchen cabinets. They were very dirty and scratched. I tried to clean them myself and saw no improvements. I saw an ad for Kitchen Tune-Up and called Steve. He came for an estimate within one week. I didn't want to do the "full tune-up" as we would be moving but wanted to improve the appearance. Steve was willing to negotiate the amount of work and price. We were in a time crunch so he agreed to do the work on a Saturday. Our cabinets look amazing! I wish we had this done 5 years ago. We will definitely call Steve again for any woodwork repair and refinish.

This was a beautiful transformation of our cabinets. The original cabinets had water damage and dirt build up. Steve thoroughly cleaned and refinished them.

Steve did a great job cleaning and refinishing the cabinets. He sanded and varnished drawer fronts that were dirty/worn. One helper did the building of the new drawers and they installed the countertops. Everything was well done, love the look. I was a little worried that the refurbishing wouldn't be enough for my cabinets but they look great and Steve sanded where he needed to and refinished them. Everything looks great, Steve was just a little late but his assistant was on time and they finished in one day.

It went very well and I was very pleased with the workmanship. Steve was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable about wood. He was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions in a timely and courteous manner. I have already recommended him to several of my friends and family.

Steve came over when he said he would to give us an estimate. It was the lowest price estimate we received out of three, but that is not the only reason we chose his company. He was obviously very knowledgeable and didn't try to push the sale. He did the measuring and gave us the facts we needed (along with references) to make our decision. He got us on the schedule quickly and delivered on time. The project took about four days from start to finish and turned out beautifully. We have gotten many compliments and are very pleased with the results.
