+ -1 moreAlthough Kettering Construction is very aggressive about getting work, the quality of their work is just OK. Our bathroom tile floor is uneven and they did not put in a lip around the edges, so it looks a little sloppy where it meets the wall. Also, they do not complete projects in a timely manner (they underestimated potential issues arising) and when they came upon issues with installing our pedestal sink, they left it incomplete for a least a week before they came back to caulk and secure it. They also did not remove the old sink and materials. We wouldn?t hire them again.
Description of Work: Kettering Construction addressed electrical issues on our Truth in Housing Report, installed a new fixture on our clawfoot tub, installed a new bathroom tile floor, and started to install a new pedestal sink. They were also supposed to build an access panel in our wall and install another tub fixture, but were not able to complete that portion of the job.

+ -1 moreSean was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive to questions and calls. He kept us informed of schedule changes and stayed within the budget.
Description of Work: In general, they renovated an old, 1915 kitchen. They removed existing plaster walls, modified the old closet to be an alcove for the refrigerator, insulated and sheetrocked walls, and removed old flooring.
