KENWOOD HOUSEKEEPING

We are having a very good experience with them. For us, they've been super flexible. If we've needed to change our schedule they've been so accommodating. We set up a regular schedule with them but sometimes we have to change. They are doing a very good job cleaning. Because they are cleaning 2 homes they gave us a special rate of $32/hour. We have them clean 5-6 hours at a time and we have them clean one house every week and the other house every other week.

We contacted Kenwood to come out and give us an estimate on two properties to clean on a weekly basis. They met us at the properties, were on time, were very professional, walked through the properties with us, and provided us with estimates. We hired Kenwood to clean the properties and were pleased with the quality of service they provided as well as their professionalism and have invited them back to clean several times since first hiring them.

My experience has been fine. Their were a couple of rough patches. They punctuality was a little inconsistent. I don't use them anymore but towards the end of our experience things went a little smoother. The owner did a good job when my housekeeper didn't do something that i asked. She made sure that everything was taken care of appropriately. I don't know that I would actually use them again, but for the sake of yes or no I would say yes.

Deborah came in assessed the house, and thought it would take 4 hours to clean at 120/every other week + tax. We talked about how the bathroom needs particular care. Overall the cleaning has been very good, but 4 hours is not enough time for them to do our 1900 sq ft. split level house. So they don't usually get to the kids room and their play room because they don't keep it up on a regular basis. However, when their rooms are clean, they haven't even vacuumed in there which is disappointing. Recently, when the bathroom wasn't done as well as I would like, Deborah and I talked about how we could work a deal. She offered an extra hour of cleaning next time for free, or take $30 off my last visit. I went for the addt'l hour, which I thought was fair. For the most part I'm happy, but every once and a while something happens that is a little disappointing.

I had been looking for a cleaning service to clean my home on a routine basis. I had tried several and never quite been happy. I actually saw Kenwood in the classified ads and tried them. Deborah, the owner, is terrific to work with. She and the other woman who cleaned our home paid close attention to detail. After trying several housecleaners, I decided to stick with Kenwood because I trusted them to make sure everything was clean, and at a reasonable price for our entire home.
