I work throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area, but have personal roots through Minneapolis, and both the southern and northern suburbs of Minneapolis, from Bloomington and Edina at the south end of Highway 100 up to the Coon Rapids area

Realtor Craig Van Ausdall portrayed the home he sold us as an entertainers dream, with spa, heated pool, and large deck. These features were highlighted in the description on the property. We purchased the home in October, when we attempted to open the pool and spa we found that they were both NOT in working order. We found the deck to be rotting. Mr. Van Ausdall would not reply to our calls or e-mails asking for acknowledgment, compensation and reparation.

He helped him purchase his first home. He explained everything very well and helped him through the process. He never felt rushed or pushed into buying a home. He was great and we have absolutly no complaints! We were very pleased with his services.

We had a very good experience. He is just a nice friendly guy. He knows a lot about the houses in the local market. We had a good time with him. We would use his service in the future too.
