Keljik Oriental Rug Cleaning

I have used them twice before in the past and they have been great. The quality of the cleaning they do is great and if you tell them about a particular area you really need cleaned they take care of it and are really experts in what they do. I am going to be taking my rugs into them again soon.

Great service; pick up and delivery. Rugs returned clean, no smell, soft and fabulous!

Staff was very polite and helpful, coming out to the car to carry my rug inside, and holding the door for the stroller when I dropped off the rug. They seemed knowledgeable and pleasant, asking if there were any particular problem areas on the rug and seemed to have no concerns about getting out occasional dog or baby barf. Instead of the deep clean I had originally envisioned, they recommended the standard clean. Although that cost considerably less, once I got the rug home, I was not as happy with the overall apparent cleanliness (whites weren't as white as I'd like) as I'd been expecting. Still, I'd like to give them another try with the deep clean before looking elsewhere, as they gave otherwise good service.

They did a beautiful job cleaning the rugs right down to the tassels on the ends. They look great! I thought the price was very reasonable. The pickup and delivery service was very helpful to me. They gave me a time for pickup and delivery and were right in that time frame.

It went well. I brought the run in and they cleaned it using a different process and happy to report no dog urine smell!

It went well, nice and prompt, clean rugs, just rather expensive.

We were having the rug cleaned because it had dog urine in it. I'm almost positive I told the person this when I first called. They picked up and delivered the rug back to us after cleaning. Before we even put it back down on the floor, we could tell it still smelled. When I called about it, I was told that cleaning the rug to get rid of urine smells is a different process, and that otherwise they don't clean for urine. They claimed they didn't smell the urine, even though they had it over one of the hottest weekends of the summer. I said that we didn't want to pay the cost to have it cleaned for urine (it was double the original cost) because the rug had some substantial wear areas on it anyways. They said that they would look up my file and get back to me. They called me back and said that they would give me a full refund. I have to think that they probably wouldn't have done so if I wasn't an Angie's List member. Regardless, it was nice of them to do so.

Called and requested cost of removing cat urine from rug. Rug was cleaned and the Cat urine smell removed.

Keljik's did a great job cleaning my daughter's bathroom rug. They were able to completely get out the blood and chocolate stains (which had set for a couple of months). The rug looks brand new! They estimated that it would take 2 weeks, however it was finished sooner. They have a good reputation, and were very knowledgeable about what cleaning would work best given the rug type. I will be taking my oriental rugs to them also. If you bring the rugs in, there is a discount (20%, I believe).

Excellent. The rug was very well and carefully cleaned, and looks terrific.

They cleaned 3 rugs and were able to fit me in within the week prior to Christmas in time for the holidays. I called the Friday prior to the week before Christmas not expecting they could do it but they did. One rug was 9x12 and the other two were small 3x5 rugs. We had to transfer the rugs in order to have them cleaned on short notice. They look good and I would consider using them again.

They were very upfront and helpful when we brought in the rug. They offered suggestions of how to best fix the holes and fringes. They gave us an estimate on the spot, which they stuck to. The service took a couple of weeks to complete, which was fine. We didn't look around for comparison prices, but we are very satisfied with the work done.

The rug was cleaned expertly. They removed stains on the fringe that I assumed were there to stay.

THESE RUGS HAD A DESIGN THAT INCLUDED THE COLOR RED. THEREFORE THEY HAD TO BE CLEANED BY HAND TO PREVENT THE COLOR FROM RUNNING (SOME COLOR HAD ALREADY RUN A BIT). THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF IMPROVING THE LOOK OF THE RUGS WITHOUT CAUSING FURTHER DAMAGE. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK, AND THE JOB WAS DONE PROMPTLY ONE WEEK LATER.

THE RUGS TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY. THEY LOOK LIKE NEW.

OUR CALL WAS RETURNED PROMPTLY. THE RUGS WERE PICKED UP IN A TIMELY MANNER, EXAMINED CAREFULLY BEFORE BEING TAKEN TO BE CLEANED, AND RETURNED AS PROMISED. BECAUSE WE HAVE NOT YET REPLACED THE RUGS IN THE ROOMS, WE HAVE NOT EXAMINED THE QUALITY OF THE WORK; IN KEEPING WITH OTHER ASPECTS OF OUR EXPERIENCE, WE DO ANTICIPATE THE QUALITY TO BE SATISFACTORY.
