Our dog chewed a 3" diameter hole in our new, 8' x 10' wool tufted rug -- all the way through to the backing. We sent a picture of the hole to Keljik's and they gave us a reasonable estimate to repair it. We brought the rug in, and within a week got a call that it was done. I was amazed at how closely they were able to match the wool, both in color and texture. Unless you knew it was there, you wouldn't know the rug had been damaged. Keljik's saved us from having to purchase a new rug.

The results are great. Better than I thought they would be.

They are prompt and provided reasonable prices. The outcome with the cleaning was good.

They were fabulous!! I took my rug in (they actually carried it out of my car for me) and asked if there were any spots that needed extra attention. I said yes there was a sticky stain that I didn't know what it was. They rolled the rug out on the floor and the owner got down on this hands and knees with his magnifying glass and started to pick at the stain. He looked at it for several minutes. He said he couldn't tell what it was but would do what it could. I picked the rug up a week later and it is beautiful! He said he didn't know what the stain was and it took him 3 different solvents but he got it out. They were very friendly, professional and good!! I will definitely go back again.

The 2-person crew helped move some of the furniture, both times. I had moved much of it by myself. The crew is very courteous. The service was good. The rugs do look much cleaner, and almost all the stains are gone. However, a caution to the buyer. Everytime you call Keljik's whoever answers never gives their name. The estimate you get from guy is a bit different from the next guy. For example first one said pick up and delivery is $25, the second one said $15. The estimate was about $290, but when the rugs came back the invoice was for $272. You get the picture. Be sure you get the right details, and IMO some bargaining is called for.

The two men picked up the rugs and were right on time. This was important since I have to meet them at the location. They had to move furniture to get to the rugs. They did not complain or charge extra.They delivered the rugs at a different location. They were very professional. I have used them in the past, and I would use them again.

It always goes well when I take my wool area rugs in for cleaning. They graciously stand behind their work. I had a wool bathroom rug that got wet and started to mold. They cleaned it and then when it appeared that the mold was still there, they cleaned it again at no charge until the problem was corrected. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It went very well. All work was performed as promised. One of the people encountered there was not very helpful.

They have a discount coupon on Angie's List. They also give a discount price to Angie's List members. The quality of work that they do is better than any other that I have experienced.

The rug was ready when they said it would be. They got the spots out and generally made the main part of the rug look clean and fresh. The price was reasonable. However, when I got the rug home and unrolled it, I saw that the rug was damaged. The fringe on one side appears to have been "chewed" off almost up to the knots in several places. I know the fringe was not like this when I brought the rug to them because I examined the rug before rolling it up so that I'd know what work I wanted to have done. The owner at Keljik's claims, even though he did not see the rug when I brought it in, that since nothing in their cleaning process could cause the fringe to be "chewed off", they must not have done the damage and therefore, I must have damaged the rug myself and not have realized it. I am very disappointed.

Both carpets were washed beautifully. The dhurrie had old stains on it, which they were able to remove. Be sure to look for coupons in the mail from them.

I don't remember the price I paid, but it was a good deal. They are so knowledgeable about oriental carpets. We brought in about 4 or 5 of them and they knew exactly what their makes were and what their fiber content was. He was able to tell that one was silk, one was hand woven, one was a complete wool, that one needs this process and this one is going to fall apart if you do it this way. They had a process to match every different type of fiber content. They soaked the carpets in clear water so that they lifted out and when the rugs came back they were beautiful. It was clearly like an art to them. It wasn't like just taking it and throwing it over the back, soak it in some soapy water and throw it on a hanger. Cleaning oriental carpets is an art to them. I have used their service earlier. It's not hard to get through. There is no parking, and you have to step around with these huge carpets. When I went to pick it up he threw my carpet on a carpet cad and said he couldn't see it on the floor like that, so here take this. They sell carpets too. You can see them when you go there.

Our rugs were filthy! All received second hand and dirty, and in a house with kids and 3 cats for several years they were all pretty gross. They did a great job, and it was way cheaper than buying new ones. I didn't know how many colors these rugs had!

We dropped off the rugs and they wrote up the estimate, this was on 8/25/10. The staff was very friendly and informative and told us how they cleaned the rugs. They had a very fast turn-around time, about a week, and called and left a message and we picked them up a few days later. The rugs look, (and smell), great. I also had a coupon which I used, the original price was 294.00 which was still much better than the other rug cleaning places I called. Plus I asked if they would sell me a small piece of rug pad for a doormat and they gave me some rug pad at no charge! Very nice people!

No problems. Was very clean and price was right. Only thing was that they didn't call when it was done - I called to check in and found out myself.

I just stopped by without an appointment to ask them if they were available to clean the rug. The associate came out to my car and brought the rug in for me. He took a look at the rug and asked if there had been any pet stains to be aware of (there were none). He gave me a time frame of two-three weeks to complete the project. I received a call in about 10 ten days to say that it was complete. I asked for an estimate of the cleaning and he said it would be $180-$200 which we thought was very fair considering the size and that it had never been cleaned before. When we put the rug down, we could not believe the difference in color - guess we should have had it cleaned a lot sooner - will definitely not wait 15 years to do it again. We are definitely planning to use them again.

I thought that they did a very good job on the Khiva. The Turkomon was rather dusty when I unrolled it at home. I should have taken the Turkomon back to give them an opportunity to see if there was anything else they could do to remove the dust--its possible that they had done the best that they could. Because they are located far away from my home, I have not been back.

I took my 3 rugs to the company, and they washed them and gave one of them a dust removal treatment. If the rugs had needed repair, it could have been done too. The gentleman was courteous and told me something about the origin and dates of my rugs. Very nice. They called me in less than a week and I picked up the rugs. They look great!

The company was really classy. They did what they said they were going to do. They did it when they said they would do it. It cost what they said it was going to cost.
