Description of Work: I've used Keljik's a couple of times, first with a small Bukhara area carpet, to see how it would come out. That went well, and I brought in 4 other small ones, and my larger 9'8"x6'3" carpet, and all came out looking very nice, and feeling much softer (I may have let the vacuuming go undone for a bit longer than I should've before taking them in for their deep cleaning). A wine stain may have been involved, in fact, was, and was completely removed by Keljik's. I noted while there that they had underpads that looked quite a bit more substantive than the waffle-rubber chainstore versions I'd been using. After discussion with staff at Keljik's I returned, bought, again, one pad to try out (they custom-fit them, so are pricier than the discount versions noted prior), and liking how much better than the economy brands that one worked, followed up with a return for more: they make the carpets feel plusher, and are much better at being nonskid, and I was told they will extend the life of these nice carpets, vs using the cheap underpads. I liked the work there, and the staff are attentive, knowledgable, and professional. Time-in-shop was a few days, or a week, don't remember since I'm writing this very long after, but was completely within my expectations. Costs seemed reasonable (I think it was about $100 for the big carpet (with wine stain removal!). Will use periodically, as needed, and feel no need to try to find anyone else.
