KDS Cleaning Service is dedicated to offering a high quality custom house cleaning service. Each client has a free in-home consultation with a KDS Cleaning representative that will go from room to room discussing and customizing their cleaning needs. Our clients will have their cleaning schedule maintained by a consistent and experienced staff member. This provides our clients the highest level of cleaning consistency. Employee retention is an important factor in offering a high quality customized cleaning. The majority of our valued staff members have been employed with KDS Cleaning Service for more than 5 years. This strong retention of staff has allowed us to maintain a highly satisfied client base. Over 30% of our clients have been with KDS for over 10 yrs and 60% have been with our company over 5 yrs. We are currently responsible for over 130 homes which are cleaned on a consistent schedule. KDS Cleaning Service believes that we do not have to be the biggest, we just strive to be the best.

Hiring KDS was a good decision. First, Duane kept in touch by phone often, and was easy to talk to. He was able (during a very busy time for his company: pre-Christmas) to fit me into the schedule. Despite a huge snowfall and slow commutes, Vickie and Patty got there in plenty of time to do a wonderful job on a very challenging situation (pet hair and general nastiness). The cleaning was a gift, and the recipient was amazed and pleased at the result, as was I. Thanks so much.
Description of Work: I needed my daughter's house cleaned as a graduation gift for her, and to help her get ready for our granddaughter's birthday party. As she has been in school and holding down a job during this time, her house needed lots of attention. Did I mention she has three cats and a dog? There was LOTS of animal hair and dust and dirt. Duane and his team (Vickie and Patty) cleaned the house efficiently and quickly and left it shining.

As a type a personality I can be extremely difficult to please. But I have never been so happy with a company. I know my house is in good hands.
Description of Work: Duane did such a thorough job on the initial evaluation, he asked tons of questions and went over everything in detail. I know that the things that I am concerned about are being cleaned. I have hired a couple of other companies and individuals to clean and they did a rush job and missed basic areas, shelves not dusted. Not with KDS, I know that they spend time are are more worried about the outcome than how quick they can get out of there. KDS has cleaned for us twice now, and are on a bi-monthly cleaning rotation. They did detailed things like took all the cushions off the couch and vacuumed everything. They tooth brushed the groves on the refrigerator, cleaned waxed off the dresser. It is such a nice feeling coming home once they have cleaned. They were honest up front, such as we do not have them clean a large shelving unit with knick knacks because it would cost more for that.

Awesome! Never any complaints after all these years!
Description of Work: I have been using KDS Cleaning for over 8 years now, for 2 times a month. They have been excellent for what I need. Before choosing them I received over 5 estimates from different cleaning companies. They were the most reasonable for what I need. It is a small company, so if I need something I just call the owner Duane. They always try to send the same person or team to clean my house. If a different person is coming to clean, they call and let me know and make sure that is ok. I have recommended them to my friends too, and they have had great results. I highly recommend them, if you want your house to be really shiny clean, and never have to worry about missing or broken stuff from the cleaning staff.

Description of Work: I had used - and been greatly disappointed with - a number of home cleaning individuals and services over several years. I had almost given up when I decided to do my due diligence and try one more time to find a worthwhile service. KDS Cleaning - Angie and Dwayne - have been absolutely wonderful. Angie does the cleaning - Dwayne owns and operates KDS Cleaning. I am not sure of the exact hire date - but I know KDS has been cleaning my house for over two years now. But you really don't care about that, right? What you really want to know is this: - When I hired KDS I shared my home with a very active, long-haired cat who was very generous in sharing his hair! KDS cleaned my 3 BR, 2 BA home - including vaccuuming all the hair from all the furniture - on an "every other week" basis for a mere $90.00/cleaning. - If ever I think something got missed or am not happy with the service for any reason (which rarely - if ever happens) a simple phone call to Dwayne is all it takes and they come back within 24-48 hours to remedy the issue - without question. - Schedule changes are readily, and happily, accommodated - as long as you give ample notice. - When I lost my dear cat I called Dwayne and asked to revisit the time - and cost - of cleaning my home since there was no longer a substantial amount of time being spent trying to get cat hair off all the furniture .... Dwayne was very receptive to my request and adjusted my time and cost within the week. - I supply all the cleaning supplies - including the cleaning rags. The rags are left in the washroom when Angie leaves on cleaning day and I launder them and put them back with the cleaning supplies before the next cleaning. - KDS offers a very broad menu of services - I only subscribe to the basic house cleaning. The bottom line for me is that I told Dwayne, the day he came to my house to give me an estimate, that I am admittedly a very particular individual and I notice everything. In short, I made sure he knew I would be the customer that expected high quality and would not accept anything less. Dwayne and KDS have not disappointed me in any way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The whole experience went very smoothly. The co-owner was here to oversee the work and to communicate with me. They were meticulous and methodical in all that they did. Everything was done as agreed to. They even did a few things I would not have expected, such as shaking out rugs. The workers volunteered to complete the repair of my railing to the basement and did it in just a few minutes (it would have taken me much longer). They supplied some of there own cleaning items while I provided others. When they left I could not be prouder of how our house looked.
Description of Work: They did an extremely thorough cleaning of the rooms in our house where it was requested. Cleaning included floorboards, ceiling fan, a very stubborn stain on the stove top that had resisted all prior attempts at removal, They even completed a fix on a railing to our basement that I had begun but had not completed due to the need for help from another person.

Generally speaking they do very good work. We trust them in our house and haven't had any problems with stealing. They are pretty consistent on who comes out and does the work, it's not a different person every week. I would recommend them to others as well.

KDS has been cleaning our home for about two years now. Our regular person does a great job, she is friendly, works hard, and consistently cleans well. She often spends longer than expected to make sure it is right. I only gave a B on the quality, because we have normal minor issues with different cleaners. When there is a sickness, our cleaner sometimes has more houses to do, and has "a helper" with. Communications to the helper about specifics about cleaning our house aren't always complete and we have been disappointed on occasion when we have substitute cleaners. I have found KDS to be better than the other services we have tried, and I am happy with them overall. The owner Dwayne is always concerned about our happiness, and has given us a bill credits and a different regular cleaning person, when we have had problems. I have high confidence in KDS, and would recommend them to family.
Description of Work: KDS does general house cleaning for us every two weeks. We have a 3700 sq. ft. home.

We have been using KDS Cleaning services for over 4 years now. Unlike some other services, I consistently have the same person cleaning my hours. During my tenure with the company I have only had 3 different people cleaning my home. The consistency is a major plus. Also, the staff has had very high standards. I have only called Duane once for clarification for a task that I thought should be done. The next time my house was cleaned the task was done and has been done every since. Also, I am always notified in advance if there are changes to holidays or illness. Yet, even when there are changes, my entertaining needs are always considered and accommodated for when schedules change.

When I had only one cleaner the work was very good for 6 months. She left and after giving no complaints for 6 months, when I complained about the poor quality of work they ''got huffy'' and quit.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON BATHROOMS, THE KITCHEN AND VARIOUS PARTS OF THE HOUSE. THEY ALSO CLAIMED THEY WORKED 6 HOURS (WE'RE ONLY CONTRACTED FOR 5). PAID ABOVE PRICE AND THOUGHT THEY WOULD GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. WE CAME HOME AND ONE OF THE CLEANING LADIES WAS DRINKING WATER OUT OF MY FRIDGE AND THE TV WAS ON. This home required extensive cleaning, perhaps more than the client realized. We worked hard within the cost/time constraints placed upon us. We do not allow TV's to be turned on or water or food to be taken from the fridge. If in fact this happened, it should not have, and it will not be tolerated.
