KAM DESIGN SERVICE

Patient was extremely enthusiastic at the initiation of the project however he did not pay attention to details. He did not take notes, listen to our desires or priorities. The first set of plans was completely botched up and required major revisions. His second set of plans again did not take into account any of our comments and required a 2 hour face to face meeting next to his computer to revise. I left this meeting feeling completely unheard. Finally, we drew out a rough plan of what we wanted and gave it to him and he used his computer program to create a scaled up design. I think I like our end design but the construction has not begun and we'll see what the "final product" actually looks like.

The first half of the project was great! Greg was upbeat, reassuring, answered all my questions, produced drawings in a timely manner, let me pick them up at his home when he wasn't there and mail him a check, which went in the mail the next day. I don't know what happened the second time around, but he didn't deliver when he promised, told my contractor he was working on the plans when he hadn't even taken the measurements yet, took a lot longer to deliver than he promised and expressed great displeasure when my contractor who was under time pressure stopped to pick them up without a check from me in hand. From the point of view of his product, I'd be inclined to use him again, but the quality of interaction the second time around might make me hesitant.
