Kaba Junk Removers Services

This did not go well and I would not recommend Kaba. I bought a LS coupon for $75. I had a very hard time scheduling them. Phone called unanswered. Emails unanswered. When I did reach somebody, the conversation was "odd" at best - as if I was inconveniencing them. I then had to work very hard to get them on a schedule to pick up. My husband ended up having to contact them as well. At each point, I gave them the LS voucher #. It was in all the emails. When they finally showed up (no time given, just showed up) they then told my husband it was too much stuff but we could pay extra to have them take it all. I have no problem with that, but the approach was rude.When he declined the offer, they then refused to take the junk until I came back home and physically showed them the LS voucher on the phone. Despite the fact that they already had the # and the fact that had we paid more in cash they would not care about the voucher. They then argued with me about how much other was and then complained about a few other things. I have never had a service experience like this. Strange is the only way I can characterize it. You offer a service - why not just follow through without drama? Get people on the schedule when they call, be specific about the time, pick it up without so much needless discussion. They made every step of the way a hassle which seems like a poor way to run a business.
