Junk Genius

I called Junk Genius on a Friday in the late afternoon and they were at my home by 8:30 the next morning. Mike & Pablo were my two specialists. They were friendly, fast and amazing packers! You pay by the space used. They utilized every last inch in that truck! My job took more than one load and I swear they were gone less than 15 minutes to get a new truck and back reloading again. The entire experience from beginning to end was flawless and I will use them again! I highly recommend Junk Genius!

The purpose of the job was to clear space for winter garage parking. The sales/office people were very courteous and professional. The two-person crew that actually provided the service were hard-working and efficient. They were on site at the appointed time, and finished the job very quickly. It was a smaller job, a quarter truck load. From arrival to completion/payment took approximately 30 minutes, and possibly less than that. This was a very easy, straightforward process.

They gathered it all up from various places in the yard and were very thorough. They took apart the beds and carried them down the stairs and were careful not to knock things on display on the walls.

They did a great job and were very easy to work with.

Everything went well. It took the fellows a little over a half an hour to remove the items from all over the house. They were supposed to come on Aug. 7, but had an issue with a truck. They called to let me know, and we rescheduled for Aug. 8. They arrived right on time.

Arrived, after calling us, on time. Very neat and courteous. Honored quoted price and reasonably dealt with additional services. WiLL hire again before we move to remove additional items.

They showed up on time, broke a lamp taking it out . They tried to clean up the broken glass, but I found pieces later. Broken glass Left a scratch in the wood floor, too.

Great, 2 gentleman, I pointed they removed it and sweep the garage, completed in 45 min. would use them again in future.

They did a great job. They had the date wrong, but as soon as we notified them they made it happen quickly.

It was a relief to have them gone. All I had to do was get them to the curb. They were on the far side of the pickup window they supplied, but it wasn't urgent.

I bought an Angie's List deal from All Day Haul Away for $99 (prepaid); they said by phone that my oversized piece would probably require an extra charge. Four months later when I called for a pickup, it was made by a business called Junk Genius (a subcontractor of All Day Haul Away?). Junk Genius's standard charge is $95, slightly less than the cost of the Angie's List deal I had already paid. Junk Genius said nothing about the load being oversized. Next time, I would try calling Junk Genius first.

Terrific service and extremely responsive. Friendly removal guys who took care not to trample through the house with wet boots. They were very careful with removal of junk so as to not damage walls or other items. Highly recommend them!

They did a fine job but the deal was very misleading and led me to spend MUCH more than I anticipated.

In the ad, the thing that attracted me to the posting was they would donate items that could be donated, that did not happen and didnt even seen to be a thought in the crew that arrived's mind. They needed to be reminded to sweep, which was included in the service and left a mess on the driveway behind the truck where they broke up the furniture that could have been donated. I feel like you should not say you will donate if that is not the intention. also, you are paying alot for them to take very little in actual stuff....

Have used Junk Genius extensively. Three times for a home we were moving into, and 7 times when cleaning out a family members home for resale. They are easy to deal with, can usually be scheduled on short notice, and the "guys" are professional, personable and the hardest working folks in the world. Steps? No problem. Books and tools? Bring it on. Furniture that doesn't look movable? They can handle it. Always a pleasure! But...hopefully...no more junk!

The team members came and cleaned out the items in the garage, swept the garage, and offered useful advice for managing what remained in the future. Very satisfied with the service.

They were a little late, but they called and said they were going to be late due to I-94 construction traffic, which was perfectly reasonable. They were quick and courteous.

Great! I arranged it from out of state...they met my daughter at the property and did I great job...I will use again for an upcoming basement clean out.
