It went very well. Proceeded methodically around the garage, asking what I wanted them to take.

It went fantastically well. The coupon applied to 3 cubic yards which is far less than the volume of an entire garage, but the charge to keep working on the rest of the garage was extremely reasonable.

They were flexible with scheduling - which was good. I waited a few months before scheduling. The only problem was that it had been raining and wet the last couple of days. So the garage floor and all the dirt was damp. The coupon said they would broom sweep. And they did. In fact they also used my snow shovel to remove some of the wetter dirt that wouldn't sweep. They pretty much just loaded up the stuff I wanted to get rid of and then moved the rest aside to sweep. I didn't notice at the time but a couple of areas (really small areas) weren't swept. But I didn't notice and told them it was fine. They even used water to try to clean the floor better. And my garage looks much improved.

The two man crew was amazing!!! Polite and so easy to have in my home. They listened as I showed them where the items were to be removed. Other companies might have simply thrown the items on the truck and charged me far more.....these men packed the truck so smartly that what I thought might be more than one full load wasn't even a full load!!!

No major problems. They had to make two trips because of the size of a couple of items, but only charged for one truck load. I was impressed how much they fit into the truck.

They took everything except they did not have room for the couple of doors above the garage door. And the price was a little higher than I expected to pay.

The team showed up on time and did a fabulous job. It was nasty, dirty conditions and miserably hot. Took them three days and 6.5 loads to finish and we are very pleased with the result. They gave me an estimate up front and final cost was very close to estimate.

Punctual and hauled everything away even though it turned out to be more than I had estimated when requesting the pickup.

Super service from these great guys. They arrived on time, were fun to have around and they cleared an enormous amount of loose junk, random items and boxes and boxes of papers. They calculate the price based on volume, and just looking at what I had, they were able to hit the estimate on the nose at 3/8 of a truckload--it was that exact. It took them nearly three hours to do the job, and the price was a gift. I would definitely hire them again.

They were very responsive. We agreed on day and time. They called before to let me know they were coming. They got the address wrong but this happens my street name is the same as a famous street in St Paul (but I'm in Minneapolis). They called and we figured that out and they were at my place 20 minutes later. They packed all up, cleaned and were out in about 15 minutes. Really nice guys!

I had hired them before and they had been terrific. This time, they did not call or follow through or show up at all. I tried to contact them and got nowhere. Angies List promptly gave me my money back. My guess is Junk Genius is going out of business soon.

It's a bait and switch! BEWARE! And I paid on Angie's List and he still charged me for the base price. It was supposed to be $159.00. They charged me $400 (and they said I didn't pay the $159)

Went well. Took old lawn mower and snow blower.

It went very well, considering that I had to make decisions during the process.

They did a great job, asked if we had more things to get rid of, very quick and easy!
