Mike was extremely accessible by phone to schedule a pickup. The haulers arrived right on time; were careful about removing items from inside my home; and were very friendly. However, the best part was probably the price. The 25% off for being a member of Angie's list was great! No question that I would use them again.

The men demonstrated real determination and stamina in order to tip the freezer on end to get it through the doorways and carry it out. They were very pleasant despite this onerous task.

My parents both recently passed away and we are in the middle of cleaning out their home. The guys from Junk Genius did an amazing job hauling away both junk and donatable/recyclable items -- two truckfuls! They were on time (even a bit early) and worked really hard to load some big bulky items (e.g. a riding lawn mower), large screen tv, couch, bedroom set, mattresses, etc. They also demolished a shed for us and hauled away the debris. It was amazing how much they were able to do and well worth the cost. Thanks guys!

Great. The 2 men came in and lifted the machine, which was very heavy and awkward out of the room and took the machine out the door and loaded it on their truck to be hauled away. The were extremely careful not to damage the wood work or walls and did a fantastic job.

I called a couple other services (who have yet to get back to me) and then was lucky to find Mike at Junk Genius. He was courteous on the phone, went over within a couple of hours to pick up the appliances, confirmed via a texted photo what he was to remove and then confirmed that the appliances had been removed. Would definately use them again.

I called the morning of service and within hours they had brought a truck out to our house and loaded all of our junk and hauled it away. I had forgotten about a few things while talking to them on the phone but still wanted them to remove it. I explained that to the guy who was loading everything and told him if he needed to charge extra since it was more than we had agreed upon I totally understood but they never charged me even a penny extra. It was so nice not to have to rent a truck, load it myself, and then bring it to the dump. Thanks so much!

We had a large, rear-projection television which was in the basement. It was very heavy and we knew we couldn't deal with it ourselves. We were very happy with Junk Genius and we would use them again.
