Their paperwork and service was all handled very professionally. The windows looked great when they were done, and they were careful to avoid dripping and to wipe window sills, as well.

They are very careful about being in my home and around our surroundings. They are always on time and get things done in a timely manner. Their pricing was really good.

Nathan did a great job. He cleaned the windows both inside and out, plus the screens. He's easy to work with, thorough, and did a nice job. Price was right, and the work was very good. They fit me in the schedule before the weekend on short notice, as we were having people over for a party the next day. I'd hire again.

It was horrible. When I got home I ended up recleaning. They did not make any beds, I had to vacuum the stairs and under my dining room table. In the rooms where they moved things they just left them moved, no rugs were moved to mop the floors and there were food spots left on the kitchen floor, clearly no mopping was done. When I called to let them know of my problem ,I received a very defensive phone call and was told to find someone else. It was stated that I wanted a deep clean and they could overlook the rest. Very poor customer service. I knew that I should have questioned their service when Robin talked about complaints from other clients in the walk through. I will NEVER use this company again. Oh by the way, I have never received a phone call from the owner, supervisor, or person who claims to be in charge.

They do good work, are friendly, and reliable.

Nate was very professional and returned my call within one hour. He changed his schedule to accommodate my request for a one-time Friday cleaning. He and one other employee arrived at my home 20 minutes early to ask what needed to be done. I requested help with some detailed spring cleaning, and they did a very good job.

THE WORK DONE WAS EXCELLENT. MORE ITEMS WERE CLEAN THAN WE EXPECTED. OUR MOVING SCHEDULE CHANGED AT THE LAST MINUTE. HE MADE A SECOND TRIP OUT TO ACCOMMODATE THE CHANGE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.
